Panasonic NN-A514 Freestanding, microwave

+ Immaculate aluminium finish which stays immaculate - no smears or finger marks. Same controls that I've become familiar with from Panasonic over the years.

- Grill comes on when using convection at high temperatures

- having to fix shelf brackets to inner walls to hold the top tray. Very awkward to work inside the oven

- a little complicated if all functions are not used regularly - always need the instruction booklet to hand

+ i dont need to use the main oven as often as i had to.
Its quick and cooks and heats the foods very evenly.
Very easy to keep clean (brilliant!!!!)

- instruction booklet isnt easy to follow, could be more user friendly.

- The LCD display vertical viewing angle is narrow making it difficult to see what has been set on it.

+ ease of use, quicker than old microwave, slimline fits on work surface better

+ Good peformance but quite slimline and easy to use.

- Bit noisy

+ Stainless steel interior & exterior making it easy to clean and, importantly with a combi microwave, no likelihood of the outer casing cracking with the heat. Powerful 1000 watt microwave.

- None I've come across yet (and this is the second one I have bought).
