+ powerful hoover at a realistic price , no messy paper bags

- if you use it to much it cuts out to protect from overheating ,, but you have to wait around 40 mins. to restart

+ Great cleaner does exactly what it says, and is very powerful for the wattage stated. Looks neat and the easy stowaway handle allows for placement in small heighted areas when not in use. Does a good job of cleaning worn or one sided carpets where heavey traffic or excessive wear and tear has occurred, bringing up the fibres to an almost new feel giving a pleasure to walk on barefoot!!!

- Suction hose is not as sturdily placed nor morphed into the design as older previous models. Roller brush is too sensitive, maybe as its new, but picks up hairs very quickly and you do need to have a pair of scissors to hand to cut them free as otherwise with previous panasonic models I have owned they tend to fray to the edges and burn and cause the plastic housing to melt. The dust canister needs frequest cleaning and it somewhat tight or even cumbersome to handle.

- The main fault i find with this product is the positioning of the cable, I would find it easier if it was higher as i like to hold the cable as i clean to keep it out of the way of the suction.
