+ This vacuum is excellent value for the money. It is lightweight and powerful and cleans beutifully . I bought this as a second vacuum to keep upstairs . I have a miele for downstairs. I genuineley have not been disapointed with the panasonic.. I would have no hesitation in recommending this vacuum

+ Very lightweight, yet feels robust, excellent suction when using the hose. The cable is a good length.

- Not the greatest in terms of elegance and design, but then its a vacuum and it does what it should do, so not really a problem. Another colour choice would a good idea as not really keen on white.
