+ I had the same model previously and still have it as a spare,it is lightweight and easy to use,I will never buy another model,my previous one was six years old,and as I say I still have it although a bit worn.
- I am sorry but I cannot find any bad points my brother in canada swears by panasonic and we would recommend it

+ Cheap and easy to use and does a good job it puts other cleaners to shame
- The hose could be longer it is to short it can be solved by useing another plastic tube on the end
