+ Very user friendly and easy to see - important feature for the elderly. Has voice that speaks numbers out from address book for those with poor eyesight. Nice big keys.
- My father (88 years old) found the voice that speaks when you go into the address book very confusing. I have to see if I can disable this next time I visit him.

+ I needed a phone with adjustable handset volume to cater for use by someone with normal hearing and someone with impaired hearing. This fits the bill perfectly as the volume can be adjusted on the fly as required, and can be increased to a level significantly higher than on other phones I've had previously.
- None that I've come across, but I'm not a big phone user and don't require anything fancy.
