+ It's compact. Like the fact that the phone is digital and is roaming. Reception is very good our previous BT phone had very poor reception. Have not used the fax much yet so cannot comment on this feature.
- There seems to be a high pitch bleep every so often when using the phone. I have moved the station away from the router and the printer, but it still happens.
