+ Design looks good and it is very good value for money. It is also easy to use.
- The 'glass' plate inside the microwave that you put the food on - it often slips off the grooves that it is supposed to sit on. And then the plate stops turning around and the food does not get heated/cooked as it should in a microwave!!

+ It seems to cook to a good level. Ie the food is cooked in the correct amount of time.
-
It is alot smaller than i thought, and many items can not fit in it.
The door already ahs problems. It sticks when you push the release button so you have to manually open the door.
It gets very hot on the outside
It makes a very loud noise in comparison to our previous panasonic microwave

+ Very even heating of food and clear instructions. The grill is good although a bit slow though this has meant we haven't burnt anything. It is a compact size.
- The grill rack is a bit flimsy and doesn't fit easily on the microwave plate which is annoying.
