+ It more or less does what I want it to do
- The scribing is dodgy sometimes. It is a bit hard to read. When I synchroise with Outlook I get all my email address on my PDA which mostlyI dont need or want. I have lost some data in synchronisation

+ Small, light, easy to set up and to transfer data from other/previous Palms. Allows me to just use the (simple) applications I want without forcing me into complications. My wife liked it so much, she bought one for herself
- Screen difficult to see in sunlight
purchased 02 Aug 2007
+ slim and for very basic use
-
not really worth buying if you are even above a basic user.
limited space, expansive add on softwares

+ Product is compatible with microsoft outlook which makes transfering information from work to home and vice versa very useful. Product allows easy download of photos. Product is user friendly and help can be accessed instantly. You can write notes on product with stylus rather than input from keyboard. Good backup support from manufacturer.
- Sometimes does not syncronise. There is no back button which would be useful rather than having to return to home page.

+ The Z22does what I want. My essential needs were an electronic diary, a contacts directory and a notebook for ideas and things to do. Z22 does these so I'm sorted.
- With a little extra thought the unit could have been hardened against accidental damage by incorporating a case - something like the Nintendo DS fo example - as its bound to get a number of knocks. I have bought a case for mine but it makes the thing rather bulky and a bit big to fit comfortably into a shirt pocket and thebelt clip is very uncomfortable.

+ An excellent entry level handheld, pocket size, lightweight and easy to use, finally I have got rid of all those pieces of paper and don't have to carry a diary.
