Packard Bell MZ36 T015 Reviews: Windows Vista Home Premium 15.4" Screen Laptop computer

+ Great screen, good size hard disk, performs very well with Vista and 1 GB of RAM (some of which is shared with the graphics card). Not good for games (except casual ones), but I did not buy if for that. Great for office and internet surfing.

- It's internal clock is about as accurate as elephant playing darts, but fortunately with Windows you can synchronise the time over the internet. Not a serious issue and appears fixed in all their latest models.

+ Fast processor,ease of use

- wireless card is not very good,can barely get a good signal in the same room as the router and have no signal in a different which defeats the point of wireless. The laptop is heavy to carry. There is no PCI slot

+ Good handy laptop, good graphics, does the job, inbuilt wireless

- poor battery life, no webcam

+ A high performing machine bought for a very reasonable price.

- Battery life seems very poor, doesn't last very long, even with modest use! Perhaps the battery is dud!!

+ clear screen, nice touch pad, easy to use keyboard, nice functionality, good dvd burner

- poor battery life, small storage space, only 60gb, thought it was advertised as 120gb.

+ Sturdy construction, easy to clean, and discreet design. Not too heavy.

- Really slow when running Vista, wipe hard disk and install XP for faster operations.

+ Great design, fan on side (helps prevent overheating), speakers on front (handy when lid down), hard wifi button, battery life fairly good due to core2duo. Only problem was with not keeping time - there is a software fix (takes 2-3 mins) available from packard bell for this - don't let them take your laptop in or reinstall your operating system! Good screen. Great processor, ram size and fast hard disk.

- No PC expansion slot, no hard volume buttons, Graphics card OK. Had trouble finding solution to the time keeping issue - only got solution as I was so insistent and had enough tech knowledge to discount other options!
