- DVD tray release button is terrible and only works when pressed very hard or not at all. Very bad design.

- Basically... it crashes all the time, won't connect to the internet and is just generally rubbish. I didn't set the machine up as soon as it was delivered and have now missed the 28 day return deadline so I am unfortunately stuck with it.

+ Pretty much everything. It's a free flowing computer with fast loading speeds and minimal noise.

- The only problem with the computer is, because I have it in my bedroom, the red light on the monitor flashes at night when you shut the computer down, and forget to turn the monitor off. And even then it's not that big of a deal...

- The hardware specifications were incorrect. The product was to come with a SATA (SEAGATE) 160GB Hard drive. Instead it came with a Hitachi 136 drive.

+ I am not a computer engineer or technician but in simple lay persons terms this is an excellent computer system. I have found this product to be very efficient and performs exceptionally well.

- The only problem that I have found is that there is insufficient hours in each day to work on this computer, as it is so efficient to operate.

+ Very cheap for a computer, slim and light design, plenty of USB ports.

- Not very powerful processor and video card, only 1Gb of RAM.

+ as a technophobe i managed to set this up all by myself so would definitely recommend this for novices or people like me

- needs more memory as a base, 1gb just doesnt cut it for vista as its so memory hungry.

- Did not come with Microsoft Office, which is the defacto product rather than Works. There are also no printed manuals or operating system recovery discs (these need to be created by the user).

- I purchased this as a replcement for my 8 year old e-mchine and expected it to be much faster.In fact it is slower and fails to perform tasks quickly and efficiently, its very slow and freezes often it also looses conection with the intrrnet often.So you ask would I recomend it to a friend the answer is no and I am lookig to replace it!

+ Overall the product is easy to use especially because I'm not very computer literate. The instructions are straight forward.

- I had a huge problem getting onto the internet but that was because the product has Windows vista which I discovered was not compatible with alot of my software which had previously worked through Windows xp.

- Nero not working (although i don't really use it)

+ Neat little package,fairly easy to follow set-up instructions & easy to use by even a beginner & that includes any "silver surfer". Monitor has high resolution so no eye strain. The whole system tends to look after itself.

- This is marketed as an iMedia set-up to be used for listening to, downloading music,watching DVDs etc yet does not contain any speakers which I had to buy later, separately, in order to enjoy said media qualities. Surely any "media" or entertainment set-up should include speakers !!!!
Software included was only on a 60 or 90 day trial after which I will have to purchase any software I need. For the price paid, main software should be included without the "buy later" additional expense.

+ Tidy, neat appearance. Does what is expected of it. I recommended this to a colleague as I have already got one at home.

- Due to weight, it would be nice to have a clear place to pick it up instead of just trying to find a finger-grip somewhere on the case.
