+ I love the touch pad and stylus and the fact it recognises my writing! It looks great, is perfectly sized for my pocket or handbag and I always get envious looks when I'm using it.
- The lack of ringtones, the no flash camera and the "you can have it in any colour you want, as long as its black" aspect. Having probs uploading music onto it at the moment but when it gets my full attention I'm sure I'll sort it out. Oh and another prob is the lack of information on the user guide.

+ Looks ok but its no I-Phone
- Impossible to text with this phone. Impossibly small virtual QWERTY keyboard even with the stylus and a magnifying glass. The hand writting recognition (letter recognition) is very slow and very inaccurate. Why O Why did they not have a virtual keypad (0-9) and predictive text. Can't change screen colours etc - what you see is what you get. I am a product designer and if I had designed this I would have to fall on my sword!!! Sent mine back within hours of receipt.

+ good for listening to music. good for texting. good for memory with the 1gb memory card.
- music player is quite quiet. keypad can be annoying. can't take out the memory card. there is a bar across the main display screen for home and shortcuts which gets in the way of pictures used as a wallpaper.

+ its small, looks good, i love the touch screen, i heard people complain about texting on this phone because its small that true at first but after a week i got the hang of it no problems there.
-
ok a few bad points, i have nooo idea how to add images and usic to this phone from my computer, it really doesnt work. Also there are only 2 screen images to choose from so i really want to add my own from my computer.
also sound quality when having a conversation isnt to good.
Also only has one game :( also the manual for using the phone is really short and basic and doesnt cover everything i need.

Music file is very loud, which is good.
Looks cute.
FM radio is good

Having conversations on the phone is difficult as the sound is poor, and you cant hear the person properly, even if you put the volume higher or lower, and keep getting told that they can hear their echo in the backgroung whilst talking, can barely use it to talk to people.
Camera is very poor, no point using it.
Cant listen to music as an mp3 as the sound is very very low, so instead have to listen through file manager, which means when the music is done you have to change it yourself to the next one, thats a nuisance.
Texting is a hassle, as it does not always recognise the key, the keys are to small and too slow to type with,
Does not play all music files that its meant to take so therefore you limited to what you can listen to. Does not always allow you to recieve files via bluetooth.
Pen is too small, and when typing, the pen slides down making it hard to type, then you have to use your fingers which is too big.
