+ THE PHONE HAS A VERY STYLISH APPEARANCE AND IS QUITE COMPACT. ALSO IT IS VERY SIMPLE TO USE ALL THE FEATURES. I ESPECIALLY LIKE THE STEPOMETER WHICH IS USEFUL.

- THE MAJOR ISSUE THAT I HAVE WITH THE PHONE IS THE EXTREMELY POOR BATTERY LIFE, WHICH HAS PROVED TO BE AN INCONVENIENCE TO SAY THE LEAST. ALSO IT DOESN'T HAVE A VERY BIG MEMORY, HENCE YOU WOULD BE ADVISED THAT YOU WOULD NEED TO PURCHASE A MEMORY CARD.

- after not even two months of use teh keypad buttons have cracked and split in half! obviously a design fault that needs looking into

- After you disconnect external speakers you have to switch it off and on again to get rid of an annoying buzzing noise.

+ It's slim and stylish. Colour screen is great, photo quality is fab, walkman is great - I like the shuffle button function. The phone is straight forward to use - It's very easy to upload music from your computer by blue tooth or the cable. If you are listening to your music and someone phones it just cuts in, then returns to music where it left off, after the call. I like the way you can set the alarm for different times on different days of the week(in one go) and not have to worry about remembering to set it every night.The speakers are handy when you want to listen to your music in the car / bath etc.

- It's hard to get the back off without accidentally pressing keys on the front. If you miss your text alert there is no reminder (my old phone used to beep about every minute until you read your new mail, which I found handy). The connector that connects the hands free to the phone is quite bulky and when you are putting the phone in your pocket it easily disconnects.

- Key pad is poor. Texting is very slow due to the nature of the buttons. Battery life is very poor and there is a constant need to re-charge every other day or so.

- the battery holds the sim card in and once and a while the sim goes under the battery which dislodges the sim card,i have had to put a piece of foam at the end of the battery to stop this happening it is a bad design flaw

+ the phone looks good has good features, including the changable side light. the camera is good, and overall the phone has alot of memory.

- the keypad has cracked on 5 of the buttons so have to get it replaced, sometimes hard to text on. camera doesnt haver a flash.

+ The volume is good however when you want to listen to it quietly it's hard. I also like the colour (charcoal) and the lights at the side. The size and shape are also very nice - just the right size to hold.

- A s a walkman I would expect this phone to last a long time whilst playing music. I found that the battery life was limited when I did this. Also I feel that the fact that you cant slide the phone down and it cancel the open programe is dissapointing.

- keys feel very weak and are difficult to use. Easy to press a wrong button and getting sound burstion out suddenly. Too easy for buttons to be pressed when the phone is in a pocket.

+ The overall package offered by this phone is awesome for such a compact and neatly presented item. It has plenty of features that if you bother to learn to use them, offer solutions to both my working and social life.

- Having used a Motorola for years, which by comparison was kids stuff to use, the Sony Ericsson needed a lot of understanding before I got going, in this respect there is no fault with the phone itself as it is a quality feature packed item, but the support material could be produced with much greater clarity to enable a faster appreciation of its qualities.

+ i lvoe the design of the phone its great and really easy to use also the amount of tracks it stores an the fitness part on the phone is fantastic!!!

- some of my kepads have cracked very disapointing also the batry life it will last a day if i dont listien to music but if i do it only lasts till the afternoon

- The screen is too small for the handset (large gap at the top) The battery life is appauling, the call quality is as good as two tin cans and a piece of string, it is clumsy and doen't react well to commands, the buttons have already all cracked down the middle, the text system is just plain wrong!

+ I love the radio and the fact that I can play games and listen to the radio at the same time. All the other phone features are fabulous.

- I find the keypads to text are somewhat confusing but I guess I'll get more used to them with time.

to put it nicely i just really hate the phone my old one with did charge up was better and im back to using that one again.

- The slide operation seems to be getting loose and the top part now wobbles. Also the keys seem to be loosening aswell. For general everyday use this phone does not come up to scratch.
