+ good value for money, phone looks good, internet access, easy to use

- there are no downloadable games compatible with the handset so far so u only have the 1 that comes with it. if u accidentally touch away from the keys when writing a message you end up either writing the letter in handwriting which normally gets the letter wrong or exiting the message and u have to write it again. quite annoying.
