+ Had a E370 before. I like samsung so bought this D900i as it is slim / compact & easy to use.
good value for the price.

- Limited text message tones, I have to charge the battery every two days, but i have put this down to usage?

+ This product is very simple to use and fast. It is easy to navigate through menus and find everything you like!

- Earlier models' buttons had different commands, its just getting used to the new ones that were a problem, great phone!

+ Slim, neat design easy to use....plenty of features...web, bluetooth, radio etc

- Would be better if automatic flash was actually automatic in so far as that it could be the default setting so that if you needed to take a photo "in the moment" at night then the flash would come on automatically as opposed to having to set the flash before taking the photo!! and by that time the photo opportunity has passed...

+ Slide phone, like how can end programs by closing phone. I like the wap, when it works. Camera is good. Lots of memory even without memory card

- Don't always get my txts and have to play with network to make it work, even then doesn't always work. like going on wap but for a week my phone gave me a connection to server timed out message, almost phoned help but day i was going to do it it started working again.

+ Very well designed. Nice and slim but not too small can fit into pocket without beeing bulking. Very easy to use and has a nice large screen.

- None not really except I cannot get the nokia bleed tone for the text alerts. Still this is just being picky

+ Very neat and tidy and cool looking design. Loads of good features. excellent display and sound quality.

- Finding your way around means pressing lots of buttons and just making a simple call from the address book is quite long winded.

- When texting, numbers rights after lower case letters, had a Samsung before and they where after upper case letters not got used to it yet.

+ I pick this mobile for the camera and videos because I have other mobile with camera and I have not been able to print them off.

- I cannot get the mobile to pair up with some mobiles in my family.The one I can manage to pair up takes far to long.
Also I dont like the idear that I am stuck with the message alert which is programme in I would sooner have a ring tone of my own its more presonal.As other user have same as me and I dont know who mobile going off.

- BATTERY is a joke...says it lasts 4.5 days...mine only lasts one day. Cant set a downloaded song as your txt message tune...

- the screen, see possibilites of it been damaged if dropped or pressed too hard when sliding open and that it gets grubby easily from use.

+ No real problems with this product, does everything its supposed to do.

+ easy to use for the basics, looks good battery lasts about 2 days, fits a memory card, has music player , camera etc. buttons not too small and fiddely.

- turns off for no reason, screen is sometimes a little off colour or distorted in the middle (since i bought it), internet and email impossible to set up and use unless you spend ages in the phone shop having lessons! phone did not come with any attatchments other than the charger.
