Indestructable - supports 100+ kilos easily and I suspect a lot more.
Instructions were very easy to understand - unusually good for this type of product
Conatained all necessary screws/bolts/rawlplugs for virtually any TV
- A real pain to fit to the wall - took 2 hours and several skinned fingers - 2 out of 4 rawlplugs disintegrated and I had to buy spares. However this was acceptable given the fact I could hang a small elephant off the mounting with a degree of confidence.

- The template did not excactly match the dimensions of the bracket !!!! Consequently, having used the template to drill the holes into the wall, the holes on the bracket could not be aligned. I therefore had to file out the bracket to align with the holes in the wall. Please check this for the sake of other customers. This is not just me being rubbish at DIY, I checked the template against the bracket (having already drilled the wall) & the holes do not line up !

Locking points fitted to prevent theft of television

Backing cover to hide the cables did not fit, this was due to the television fixing points : Toshiba 42" screen.
Most probably fit when attaching to other television models.
