Score 9.0/10+ Looks smart and is excellent value if you want a small light phone.
- The "flip" can be a bit vigorous
purchased 28 May 2006
Brenda, Aberdeenshire
Score 10.0/10+ Easy to use and versatile
- Hacing to charge the battery a lot
purchased 08 Feb 2006
Angela, South Cheshire
Score 8.0/10+ Small, Lightweight easy to use.
- Battery life not very long a couple of days when left on constant. Charge up has to be done while the phone is switched off, otherwise it wont work after a full charge. You have to switch it off then back on again to use. Not like other brands I have used where a phone can be used whilst charging is in progress or imediately after.

Expert reviews for O2 X2i
TechRadar expert review
It may not set tech-heads' hearts aflutter, but this straightforward handset does the basics pretty fineThere are some phones that seek to deafen you with the amount of bells and whistles that they have on board - megapixel cameras, multi-format media player, smartphone wizardry and sophisticated syncing operations. There are others that will try to win you over with their stylish looks and unique designs, and still others that behave as if they're toys, with bright colours and the latest games to amuse and charm. But the latest budget phone from O2 barely fits into any of these…
