+ An all round fantastic phone, really small, functional and accessible

- None that I have come across yet, would help to have flash on camera

+ This product looks great, has great features and is very durable. The battery life is fantastic and the user interface is the slickest on any phone i have used in years. The 3.2MP camera is no let down and the video capture is adequate. While the phone is designed to feature as a music device it is not found wanting in all the other departments. It has good organiser functions inc calendar, multiple alarms and a contact management system that allows the user to effectivly manage well over 750 contacts.

- The handset can run slow when listening to music and writing a message for example and the handset can run slow in general.

+ downloading is easy . its smart and small. good network coverage.

- battery life is not good and speakers arent loud enough

- the only thing im not to happy about is the keys are very very small, i wanted a small phone though so id still recommend it and i do have big hands.

+ The phone looks great and I really like it. I use mine a lot for music and podcast play back, links to my in car bluetooth stereo.

- I've noticed that even though the software has a play list for podcasts, it doesn't pick them up, even though I down load them using the supplied software. Bit irritating, so I've hidden that playlist feature.

+ Its a small compact phone thats easy to carry around in your pocket, heavy duty (with stands certain amount of dropping) with a nice metal design. Everything pretty much is great about the phone.

- Only bad point i'd say is battery life lasts maybe a day at most? which is annoying having to recharge constantly..and the keypad is so small so hard to text at times.

- The camera is appauling, the speakers are terrible (I would have thought a sony ericsson would at least have good speakers) and even on the loudest setting I can't hear my phone ring. The screen is hard to see amd the phone freezes when it wants to, the signal seems to be different (worse) than on my old phone which wasnt a Sony. Also even though I don't use my phone very much I have to charge it almost everyday. Worst phone ive ever had, except for size.

+ Brilliant phone one of the best phones ive had i love it, holds loads of photos music and videos, good camera too. Small keypad so maybe not so good for someone with big hands!

- Ive had this phone for a few months now and have had no problems with it.

+ Looks great. Very Light. Menus are generally easy to find.

- Computer connection settings are clumsy. Hard to access the camera (no shortcut). No Flash. Speakerphone is pretty poor.

- The phone constantly locks up, resulting in a black screen, lit keypad and a red light on under the camera lens - the only way to get it back on is to take the battery out - this usually happens every 5 minutes for up to 30 minutes at a time.

+ easy to use, small, compact, smart looking phone. The sound quality is very good and so it is ideal for listening to music whilst not being imposing.

- The camera is only a 3.2mp so not the best

- keys are a bit close together so it is easy to accidently press them while typing a text message

+ The Phone is compact yet is a good weight so you know where it is , ie, which pocket and ist has a metal case so is vey strong.
It has a good battery life.
It has a good Camera too.

- The font size can't be changed which can be awkward at times and for some reason, even tho locked when not in use, it has twice dialled up the internet.
With regard to the camers, it could have done with a flash

- Very poor reception and phone regularly switches itself off. Not reliable enough.

+ fairly easy to use at first and once used to it very easy. good walkman and storage space for music etc, very sturdy, looks great and not too small so you dont lose it in your handbag!

- camera not brilliant in artificial light -night mode terrible on it so if you want decent pics make sure you take them during the day in good light.

- Poor when it comes to ease of use, i have been trying to find a way to take the Live! shortcut off of the main screen because i keep accidentally clicking it, and i can't find a way

- the only real bad points about this phone is the battery life in which you,d be lucky to get two days of use without charging. and the sound it sounds great but its just not loud enough. but other than that i would buy another..

- gets abit confusing with the navigation system , and olso even tho it is a good thing it being a light an compaq phone , it can make u abit nearvy as it looks quite delicate and 1 drop and it could or could break !!

+ The slimline design is compact and easy to use. It is easy to navigate around the various features. The buttons are very small but raised so that it is easy to use for texting.

- The battery life is pretty poor. I have to charge my phone almost every day. The camera does not come with a flash, which means it cannot sustitute your regular camera.

- switches itself off with a red standby light at back of phone on, you have to take battery out to fix this problem. freezes whilst playing music, when receiving an incoming call it vibrates but no ringtone but the phone is not on silent. Sound when playing music could be better, the sound on my old phone the w850i was much better. to say im dissapointed is an undertatement.

- No flash on the camera, meaning bad quality photos.
Battery life is a little short, lasts maybe 2 or 3 days when the camera and walkman features are used frequently.

+ Brilliant phone. Slim, stylish. I love how it vibrates as you touch the key pad!

- My fingers are too fat sometimes and i press two buttons at once :(. But hey! Why buy a small phone if you can't handle it???

+ Nice menu, easy to navigate around. Love the new look walkman screen and menu. Good quality camera and video. Like how the phone scrolls through your photos, nice touch.

- Very slim which means difficult to grab in a hurry from the bottom of your handbag! It can easily slip out of your hand. Battery drains quicker than my last walkman which was W850i which seemed to last forever!!!

- Disgraceful and appalling battery life since day one !!! It spends more time on the charger than in my pocket or with me even after TWO basic text messages !!! Keypad is a little too small

+ Nice colours, very compact, great for a little handbag. Definately a girlie phone. Good memory capacity.

- Not robust particularly for those with children!! Is difficult to find in a large handbag, music quality very poor not what was expected from a Walkman phone which should be engineered around sound quality and music station doesn't work properly on Vodafone live. Internet viewing was a little disappointing.
