A compact phone that does all the basic things, as well as being a fantastic music player. It has a good amount of storage that can be expanded. It was a good price and would be suitable for anyone wanting a stylish phone at an affordable price.

Easy to use, easy to up/down load pictures to and from PC, video is clear but has poor sound quality
Has a 1gb memory card- hold lots of extras.
Locks automatically when closed to avoid the keypad being used inadvertantly.
No need for additional software- data cable just plugs in and and 'you're away'!
Radio works well- good sound quality
Looks good too
-
Limited ringtones and am having difficulties in downloading music from my PC/CDs.
Battery life is very poor even when not regularly using all the features so have had to get into the habit of recharging every night.
Video has very poor sound quality

an easy phone to use,as un-technological as i am! It is a pretty little phone, simple, neat design, with reasonable sized key-pad(one doesn't need match-thin fingers to press individual keys) It seems to be sturdy and hard-wearing,too,which for me,as a gardener,is vital! A good all round phone,i think!
-
the only problem i have come accross as yet is that i have had some difficulty fomatting mp3's to play on it,but have not yet tried very hard to do so!

Poor sound quality (for calls), hard to text with one hand because the keypad is all jammed so far down in the phone and quite small (and I don't have fat fingers!), generally not a very intelligent phone, also doesn't have a torch, only one alarm can be set at a time, new texts come straight up without showing who they're from, lots of little things. But it's not trying to be top range, it's still that nice Sony layout and still better than lots of others in its league.

This is my first ever mobile phone, which I initially brought for work purposes, but it's to good for work so I use it as my personal phone, I have found it really easy to use, the instructions are easy to understand, and it looks really good and stylish, many of my friends and family like it also, and I have recommended them to use the website for their future purchases of mobile phones.

Well made, small light, reasonable battery, plenty of features, not too pricey. A good mid priced phone.
-
I can't really say it has any bad points, as such, you get what you pay for and it's not a "top of the range" item. Compared to "top of the range" it falls a bit short but you don't get a Bentley for Ford prices!

The chrome finish is real stylish and as my forst slider I find it a very conveniant way to lock/unlock or answer a call. The music, both recorded and radio is easy to use and gives a reasonable sound quality through the supplied earphones. The internet works well but the screen is not really big enough for regular use but is fine for occassional use.
-
The battery life is the biggest limiting factor though I knew about this from other reviews here, but 4 hours listening to the radio and the phone completely died. Also the earphones don't fit my ears but that may just be me, but either way I'nned to buy more.
