+ Attractive clean design, sturdy, easy to use, great organiser and good camera.

- Battery life not great, needs charged every couple of days, my old K750i only needed charged once a week, and the keys are smaller which makes texting slower until you get used to them.

+ phone is easy to use and has more than enough programs and features to use.

- The life of the battery is not as long as previous phones i have had

+ The buttons are a little close together for my liking however overall, very pleased with this phone. It has an excellent music player and the camera phone is not bad at all. Pictures are very clear. It is nice and slim and does not take up much room in your pocket either....not like my previous Sony Ericsson K710i ....that was very chunky by comparison

+ Mostly really good all rounder. Good battery life, great internet and photos and video. Looks amazing with all the little blue lights too. Lovely slim phone.

- I like phone games a lot and was a bit vexed that all I got with the phone were demos. Usually with sony phones you get at least one full game.
Its really not a big deal though seeing as rest of phone is great :)

- I bought the phone for my daughter and unfortunately it was dropped and the screen broke straight away, I have had many other Sony's and they have been much more robust than this phone, so dont think really suitable for young ones unless you are going to get insurance ! Think I will be doing that next time !
Buttons bit small

+ nice design,

- im on my 2nd replacement within a month. they re not reliable at all, heat up way too quickly, freeze and crash on you. not worth the money to be quite honest.

+ great phones as always thankq sony ..just needs gps and wlan capability other than that brilliant phone

- screen as always is too small images are really sharp though but still a bigger screen would be nice

- The camera isnt as good as what my sony Ericsson K800i which is only a 3.2 pix

+ I think the good points are that it is easy to use and the battery has a short charging time.

+ The camera is amazing and the sliding action to get the 5mp camera is very slick too.

- If you like to be the odd one out with your phones its not for you, very common phone now. Also the battery life is poor, HAS to be recharged, used all day or not.

- dont know if its the phone, but reception is very bad on this phone. I didnt have this problem with my previous phone. Have to leave the house to make a call.

+ The camera is great. It is easy to use and is good for music.

- The battery doesn't last as long as my old one but it is quick to charge.

- The keypad might be difficult to use if you have larger fingers

- The keys are a little stiff, not sure whether thats just because its new, but txting can be a little slow because of it. Predictive txt is also a little problematic, showing the words over your text, you should just be able to click a key to give the different words possible and move to the next one instead of hving to scroll down a list and pick one.

+ This phone looks good and is easy to use. Both my children can use it and they are 5 and 7, they mostly play games on it and listen to music but can also navigate through the menus. It must be a good phone as my boyfriend wanted to sap phones as soon as he saw it.

- Wher I live I have a poor reception area and often find myself outside in the raion making calls. Not the phone,s fault though.

- Flash works intermittantly from new, people call and it doesn't ring, it's rubbish

+ camera is definitely the best feature.

- the keys on the keypad are quite difficult to use for texting purposes. They are too small, larger keys would make the phone perfect.

+ its the best phone iv had the cybershot camera is as good as my digital camera the sound quality is brilliant and its really easy to use it looks great and the slide open for the camera and the touch screen afeect makes it look amazin i would recommend this phone to anyone

- the battery life isnt as goos as other sony ercissons needs chargin every 2 days but then i use my phone a lot so if your not a mad texter like me it may last longer but got no bad points really to say about it as it does charge a lot quicker than other phones ive had

+ The music quality is great and the web browsing is easy to use.

- On a couple of occasions the phone has frozen / switched itself off. The camera picture quality is not great in low light.

+ Slim and compact phone with a very good camera. Nice solid metal feel to the keypad. Charges fairly quickly.

- Keypad buttons are a little small. Sim card can slip slightly from its location as there is no clip (needs to be pushed back in)

+ I found the texting feature very easy to use.

- I found the buttons quite small and it is easy to press 2 keys at once. The navigation button is quite sensitive and I went to the wrong application or menu choice.

+ The phone is slimline and is great in my bag - I can always find it. The camera is easy to use, but I would like a few more features on the editing software.

- The text alerts are awful and I can't hear them very easily. I rarely respond to texts these days because of this even though the volume is turned right up.

+ I really like my new phone. It's very easy to use and the menu's are easy to navigate. I like the set up of the phone and the colours and themes allow you to 'make it your own'.

- Reaction time of the phone is poor, the button pushing is far to slow to react, the phone can be two button pushes behind which is very annoying
