The camera is devine, both taking photos and films, however, night time pics aren't so good unless you spend lots of time adjusting the settings.

- Adjusting to get a perfect nite photo or video takes a lot of time up that you could kill the moment you're trying to capture.
The battery life isn't too bad until you start taking lots of photos or recording videos.

- The navigation system on the wallpaper/screen is very poor, it is also impossible to get rid of. As I have experienced with sony ericssons in the past, the phone is ridiculously slow, I read they had solved this problem with the c902 but it is still there. I would definitely NOT ADVISE buying this phone, and steer well clear of sony ericsson in future.

Recommendation to switch off the phone at night is completely unsatisfactory - find an alternative.

+ Fab megapixel Camera - just the job

- Short Battery life and slow response when choosing items off menu. When you depress the menu button it slowly changes to your command and when you further your commands it gets even slower. But once you get used to this, you're rocking. Love Sony Ericsson.

+ Looks the part, slips nicely in pockets. Music player good, plenty of info and good sound. Good battery life. Excellent build quality, call clarity and navigation menus very good.

- Disappointed with camera. Had K810i and picture not as sharp nor is flash anywhere near as good with no xenon.
Keypad bit cramped. easy to press wrong buttons. Minor software glitches (music pauses, power sometimes turns off when using).
Would prefer bigger screen and move camera settings to keypad.

- The phone has started to freeze almost every time I use it for about 20 seconds at a time and doesn't show reminders or alarms sometimes.

+ The phone's camera rivals any camera with a simular speck. Bought for the intention of using the camera and video to capture impromtue situations.

- This phone does have an occasional tendancy to freeze. Soon sorts it self out,tends to happen when you've used the phone too much

+ I am really impressed with everything about this phone. It looks fantastic and is very easy to use. The camera is excellent and flash very adequate. I have had the phone for a month now and have experienced no difficulties of any kind. The battery life is better than on any other phone I have had in the past (Nokia and Samsung) as I only have to charge it up every few days; and I use it a lot! I find the sloping keys are good for fast texting and the range of symbols is excellent. I would recommend this phone as outstanding in every way!

- The screen is too small and is also a fingerprint magnet, the touch sensitive buttons around the screen in camera mode are easily touched by accident if you hold the phone in the wrong place. Weirdly it is impossible to save messages onto the memory stick or phone memory (it puts them on the SIM card no matter what the phone settings say, so there's not much room). The camera quality is allegedly 5megapixel but I've seen much better pics from an 8 year old 3megapixel digicam .... it's OK but over hyped and the face recognition seems to lead to slightly off focus shots.

- The camera is rubbish. If your child moves slightly, the picture is blurred. The 3.2 mega pixel camera was far better.

- Its sound quality compared to Nokia walkman series is pretty low. The other feature it lacks is that you cannot create your own picture folders in the album section, by default it will show you months of when pictures were taken. Also you cannot select the pictures from the album you want to exchange through your bluetooth to your laptop, you have to send the whole album over to your laptop.

- It cuts out! Its so annoying. Its heavy, but im use to that now so it doesn't bother me any more. I don't like the way I receive my texts, my boyfriend had the same phone though and he receive them differently.

- In no particular order: Not simply have a "torch" feature is stupid, Omission of a play/pause button on the side is negative. Small volume buttons on the side are hard to use and too fiddly. Touch-screen buttons on the front for the camera could be used in a better way and they are a bit annoying as they are so sensitive when you're actually using the camera. The buttons aren't as easy to use as those on the K800i, which annoying is actually much faster than the C902. The "Media" menu is a bit tedious. Would have been nice to include some free software to utilise it's "Location Services" which is a great feature to have on a phone priced as this.

+ Excellent camera, really easy to use and quick to set up when you need to take a photo quickly. Sleek and stylish looking - much slimmer than the old Cybershot cameras.

- Battery life is a bit disappointing. It needs recharging every couple of days. My old Cybershot would go for a week between charges.
