+ Looks nice, slim, good camera

- software crashing , somtimes hang up for 10min,batery discharging in 30-35hours

+ Its easy to use, very good looking and has a reasonable amount of phone memory.
The camera is good ... although i'm still new to learning how to use it and work out all the extra features on there.

- Battery life is a downfall on this phone but this may be because i use my phone alot more now.
I don't have much else to moan about with this phone.

+ Best camera I have seen on a phone, lots of extra features.

- The battery life is terrible - I have had 2 other Sony Ericcson phones previously and the battery life on those have been excellent but this one has to be recharged so often it is really disappointing. My husband has also just got the same phone and he is finding the battery life a problem also. Keys are a bit difficult to use as they are all very close together.

+ Texting is quick and easy, fingers glide over buttons. The camera is good and takes clear pictures. Memory is good, I text a LOT and have not had to delete any texts yet, have had phone approx one month.

- Battery life isn't great, not terrible but could be better.

+ Looks like a smart cool business class phone

- All it does is freeze, turn itself off all the time and its not just my phone coz 5 of my friends have the same phone and have EXACTLY the same problems

+ looks great and has a fab camera

- battery is ok but not amazing and the delay when you select something is really annoying

+ love the design, the camera is fantastic, plus good long video recording.

- text pad can be a nightmare as the key pads are slanted and you regularly press either wrong keys or more than one at once

Good weight not too heavy but enough to know you've still got it !
Some great software that helps you thoughout day.

- Can be slow at times when fliking though contact list, when writeing txt & when going through media file.
needs a few seconds before it responds.

+ ease of use, smart, good sound quality, decent phone memory

- memory cards for this phone are more expensive than others

+ its quite a funky new fone

- it constantly freezes am not happy with it at all

+ This phone is very easy to use, has a great camera and looks good. The Slide out feature for the camera is an excellent idea. The slim design is ideal to just slip it into your pocket.

- Sometimes the phone stalls and has to restart itself. Not so good if you are browsing or listening to your music.

- The sony ericsson software is awful!!! You are best saving photos to your computer via bluetooth

+ Good camera with flash, so much more to do compared to other phones - Google Maps, downloadable Apps, downloadable games, good internet browsing, a new media player, different themed menus.

- The touch screen parts of the screen get really annoying when taking a photo of yourself as you can accidentally touch them, causing all different menus and options to pop up instead of taking the photo.
Also, even with the image stabilizer, the picture is still sometimes blurred - the phone must be held perfectly still.

+ Great looking Mobile and really easy to use.

- This mobile seems to struggle to have reception in my house whilst my older Sony was fine I have not changed networks etc so must be a phone feature?.....

+ Looks nice and modern, loads of features, camera is really good and is relatively easy to use.

- Battery life is prooving to be very poor (around 2 days with little (max 10mins) call use) and the key design isn't great for texting

+ camera quality is great and it`s a very stylish phone and slim and lightweight

- on my k750i i could pause the music whilst in hands free mode and phone was locked but no function for this on this phone which can be a pain but to be fair this is my only problem with the phone oh and of course the stupid red light that comes on when making a movie`s

- STUPID LITTLE KEYS ONJLY ANY USE FOR PEOPLE WITH TINY LITTLE HANDS> RUINED A GOOD PHONE! Now stuck with it for 18 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

+ Camera is easy to use and gives a decent crisp image.

- The keys are angled and often late to respond to pressing. Countless times I've typed a text only for nothing to appear on the screen or the phone locks up for a few seconds. At present no reminders set are working and I am in the process of having a replacement unit.

+ Everything - it's such a relief to find a phone that actually just works properly and is logical.

- The keys are a little small - but that's not a major problem.

+ Good looking and good features

- Very bad quality camera, very heavy and too small screen. I prefer K850i more than this one. I wish i could change it but I am now stuck with it.

+ Looks great nice slim phone.Excellent touch sreen and excellent pictures.Overall a really good phone.

- Not many good games there is a car game and thats pretty good as you move the phone to direct the cars.No bad points really.

+ It's a real easy phone to use and the speaker is very loud. The camera is really excellent and the sound recording. Also it looks really excellent (the overall design).

- The shake action view change sometimes doesn't work and is very annoying. Also when i want to watch a video it sometimes plays slow and distorted and also plays the video from literally half way through. Also when im listening to the music through the earphones its not loud and sorrounding noises like traffic flow through and is annoying and its really not worth listening to song what so ever. To be onest if i new the phone would be so annoying i would not of picked it.

+ this phone is easy to use, looks great, and is slim. typical layout for a sony ericsson

- camera isnt as good as it should be, and the phone keeps crashing 3G problem they thought, so turned off the 3G setting, still doing it.

+ its a brilliant phone it has everything, works good. i would definitly recommend it.

- i have not experienced any thing bad about it.

- The keys drive me mad - really not the best for texting at all, very hard on your fingers! Thought I would adjust after a period of time, but I haven't - change that and it would be perfect!!!!!!!

+ It's all good. It looks good and it's relatively compact. It has a fantastic camera which takes great shots.

- The angle of the number keys took a while to get used to and the battery runs out really quickly.

+ its a slim and light phone and, which is easy to get use to. the features such as the photo dj is good to change pictures.

- Apparently the camera has high mega pixels, but due to the shutter speed it is rare that you will get a non-blury picture - makes it pointles for those impromptu snaps

- battery life poor,need to charge mine every day.also key pad keeps locking up and phone keeps turning its self off

- near enough evrything, keeps turning off especially whilst on a call... battery life is very poor too... and without a xenon flash doesnt make the camera anywhere near as good as the k800i.

+ its a great phone, it looks stylish, very smart and attractive. the camera is absolutely perfect couldnt get anything beter at the moment.

- there are several bad points to this phone. the phone regular freezes whether being on the phone or listening to music, also can be really slow. my reccomendations are, if you are a camera person, buy the phone, but if you are a individual who likes to listen to music or to use the phone in a business...forget about it. buy a nokia N95.

+ phone's a bit heavy in weight, but at least you know when it's gone! its pretty slim and good to look at

- NO PRIVACY OVER FILES OR MESSAGES!! please sony ericsson.. we'd like an evolution of this feature... one more thing.. too many people have this phone.. it's a good thing that i bought a silicon casing for it ;)

- The buttons jam frequently or don't work at all.

+ does everything you could ever want froma phone and looks good to boot

- battery only really lasts 2 days without charging but i charge my phone every night so no problems really.

+ The phone is small and easy to use. The camera is very good and the pictures are very clear.

- When I am on the phone, it can cut out for a few seconds and I can't hear the person I am talking to. The phone also freezes quite often for a few seconds. Also some times the alarm does not work even though it was set correctly. For these reasons I am not happy with the phone.

+ Looks nice, great features. Very simple to use and a dead cert to impress the friends.

- Although this is supposed to have a great camera, the flash lets it down. The pictures are always very dark and poor. I actually found the camera, although lower MP, better on the K800i.

- The battery life isn't great when using the phone throughout the day. Phone keeps crashing with the screen freezing then turning off, it is also very slow when texting and freezes during this also. I know 3 or 4 people with the same phone and we all have the same problems.

- Keys hard to text, phone crashes alot, freezes and you have to pull the batt, menus are not fast enough, I think this phone does not have the right software...even after downloading new software it still crashes and switches off...The accelerometer does not work properley all the time. There are loads of things wrong with this phone but I do not work for Sony Ericsson so i will not say all of them.

+ Great camera, looks stylish and very nice screen, very easy to navigate and use.

- Slow responding during navigation, lack of included themes, shortcut keys and call/end call are too close together (often end up putting on loudspeaker instead of hanging up!)

- Phone only 3 weeks old and keeps freezing and turning its self off.

+ Solid phone. Great camera and clarity of calls.

- Keypad very fiddly for anyone other those with the smallest fingers. Touch screen menu for the camera functions are nowhere near as efficient or sensitive as they could be. I have given up on them already.

- I would only get this one if you like or work in an area which has good reception. Where i work I have to place my phone very carefully on the window frame in the office as I cannot get any reception anywhere else. My previous phone, Sony Errickson K800i I could use virtually anywhere, so this has been a huge disapointment.
