Good battery life which means you can listen to the music for longer and it doesn't drain the life from it.

+ Really easy to use and looks stylish. Sound quality is good and the camera is really good too, so I use it as my digital camera as well - you would need to buy an extra memory card though if you plan to take a lot of photos. I managed to fill my phone memory up after only half a night out.

- Screen scratches up really easily and I worry that this might cause the screen life to be shorter or it to not work as well. Would highly recommend getting a cover/sleeve to protect it.

- At first its a bit hard to use touching the screen and scrolling down instead of pressing buttens. I am also struggling to transfer music from my computer to my phone and to turn the keypad tone onto silent.

- IT TAKES FOREVER TO SEND A TEXT MESSAGE AND YOU CAN ONLY FIT ABOUT 3 LINES IN A SINGLE TEXT. THE PHONE IS GENERALLY VERY SLOW. IT ALSO HAS FROZEN A COUPLE OF TIMES AND HAD TO BE TURNED OFF AND ON. IT DIDNT COME WITH A PEN SO IT IS DIFFICULT TO TEXT AS THE KEYS ARE VERY SMALL. THE WIDGET THING AT THE SIDE EXPANDS ALL THE TIME ON ITS OWN.

+ this is the first touch phone i have had and i am pleasantly suprised as i was nervous that it would run away with me and i wouldnt beable to work it

- I dont know and cant seem to find how to put the phone on loud speaker when im talking to some one and im scared i will cut them off

+ The phone is light and easy to use with sensitive key pad for texting and dialling. It has a good level of volume and sound is clear. It is also an attractive looking phone. Finding things on the phone is straightforward. Radio really clear. Games very good but most have to be paid for.

- I am unable to use email on this phone. Sometimes when texting "pqrs" letters it hits the lower key pad for predicted text. Pictures are not brilliant quality but are not bad either. Does not have any artwork for birthdays etc. There is sometimes a delay when found contact and dialling number.

+ Very easy and intuiative navigation interface, responsive touchscreen, easy to customise shortcuts and move them about the three scrolling home screens. Great to text on with large on screen buttons in either portrait or landscape mode (with full qwerty keyboard) ideal for my man sized fingers!, expandable memory with upto 8GB micro SD card, good music player with a decent speaker. Quick link buttons to many handy web sites, YouTube, Google, etc. Great easy system for connecting devices or other phones via bluetooth. A great priced phone with lots of the same features of more expensive Samsung touchscreen. Looks classy and understated in black and battery life has been excellent.

- Camera quality is not great at 3mp, certainly in dull light pictures can be poor as there is no flash, that said you can adjust the brightness and general image/scene settings depending on the shot you are taking. The standard games are poor and don't make use of the touchscreen very well or the movement/orientation of the phone. Internet is not 3G so is a bit slow but still usable, I checked eBay no problem, just don't exect instant loading. Finally get a good case as I think the screen could get marked if floating about in pockets/bags etc, I also got a mini screen cloth that is great to wipe off finger prints and smudges.

+ Nice phone. Very compact. Weight and size feels 'right' in your hand. Touch screen responsive and easy to get used to. Sharpness of screen display exceeds expectations. Sound quality for mp3 files is outstanding. It's all you need to carry around with you.

- I usually can find things to criticise, but not with this phone. It's all - no, more than - I expected from a #1 seller.

+ The design and style of the 'phone are great - elegant and functional. The touch-screen keypad is particulalry good for typing, and there are some thoughful features - security text in the event of theft, and the ability to call yourself to get out of that boring meeting!

- I really don't like the way this phone works, the touch screen isn't very responsive and I find it very hard to navigate through the menus without accidently hitting an application that I didn't want. Also I'm a mac user, and although i didn't expect the software to work I thought I could at least plug in the phone and use it like a storage device, but even that doesn't work! Also there is nowhere near enough memory, I tried taking some pictures with the camera and I'd only taken 6 before the memory was full. I am very dissatisfied with this product!

Ideal for both girls and boys, personally I have a girlie pink one and it's lush, my mates phones now suffer with phone envy. But the Tocco in black is very sleek, and no where near embarassing for the lads.

- You do need to refer to the manual to locate a lot of things, I'm still struggling my way through as I just wanted my phone up and running, a design fault in me not the phone!

+ Smart, compact little phone with some great features, and a pretty good inbuilt memory too - certainly better than some modern phones which assume that everyone wants to buy a memory card so have no memory whatsoever. Love the touch screen idea, and the Qwerty keyboard option for texting (which I might not have found if my daughter hadn't tipped the phone sideways to show me..doh)

- The same Qwerty keyboard is not always very responsive - a stylus for this phone would have been useful. Navigating/finding what you need can be a total pain - and the instruction manual is not much use. I did get a memory card so I could have more music on my phone - and so far the only way I've found to transfer music to memory card is far too involved - an option to save direct to memory card would be far simpler, like my old Samsung offered.

+ responsive screen and software, usable contacts with great birthday reminder feature, music software - phone is automatically recognized by Vista then just synchronize with Windows Media Player 11, if files are downloaded in simple wma format all details including album art will be downloaded to phone, radio works well, decent screen, bluetooth recognizes stereo headsets, battery on standby [if the phone is not used] is great and will last up to a week, small size, decent build

- you can use your fingers to input everything, but a stylus with attachable cord [£2 ebay] is a great addition for the address book, you need screen protectors [£2 ebay] as the screen scratches very very easily, ones for the tocco lite also available from Amazon, inexpensive case from the same sources [£2-£3] also a necessity if you want to keep the T-L looking good. If you use the phone or listen to music or use bluetooth then the battery life plummets & maybe only lasts 1 day. bluetooth fiddly to set up, radio needs original tocco lite headphones attached to work as the areal and it is worth getting an adapter to a standard headphone jack [ebay] and buying good headphones such as Philips extra bass for around £6. Remember - screen scratches easily - do get a screen protector!

- Can't get gmail working, i suspect because it's only 2G, and for the same reason most pages are a bit slow to load (other than facebook, myspace, flikr et cetera which have been designed with mobile phone access in mind). Also, it has accellerometer tech but doesnt use it very well, let's port all those fantastic iPhone games please!

- The software for connection to PC is appalling. It simply refuses to connect except through a very specific process which you are left to discover by trial and error. The manual is too skimpy and there is not a bigger one back at the website.
