+ The Samsung G600 is very easy to use, brilliantly designed and is a sleek, attractive phone. It's great for camera lovers because of the 5 megapixel camera. The most popular cameras on the market at the moment for personal use are 7 megapixels because of the great picture quality still at an affordable price and a camera close to this standard is already built into the phone. The sound quality is also excellent and something that not all phones have but I find comes in very handy is the memory card slot. I've filled it up with music and now I don't need to carry around an MP3 either.

- I only have a few small problems with the phone. As I use lots of features e.g. the camera, radio and music player the battery can run out fairly quickly but as long as you fully charged the battery it will last for a few days. There isn't much storage space on the phone itself but the solution to this is in the memory card. This comes with the phone but if you want a memory card with more space they come very cheap too. My only other problem is the difficulty in using certain symbols while texting e.g. '&£ I overcame this by using predictive text as it seems to be easier and quicker to text this way on almost all Samsung phones.

+ love this phone! its very user friendly and theres loads of different things to do on it. it also looks very sleek and ive told my mum to get one!

- tried to download my photos onto my pc, used the software included but it didnt work. i then went to the download website, downloaded the samsung pc studio 3 to my pc and it still doesnt work! i spent a good couple of hours trying to sort it out and eventually gave up!

+ The phone is very sleek and the camera is awesome and is easy to use.

- the sound quality is not as good as a Sony Erikson and getting music and other things on to the memory stick is a little difficul.

+ Design/Look very attractive and elligant.

- Batterry life is a wee bit short for playback that lasts only 3.50 hours and other accessories are hard to come by.

+ The Samsung G600 is so easy to use that within hours i felt like i was almost fully conversant with it. The menus are easy to navigate and the auto set up feature makes the process of setting up even easier.

- The worst point about the phone is i have a tone which sounds everytime you perform an action such as delete/send a message and i cant get rid of it.

+ very easy to use and the picture quilaty is exsellent.

- the charger is to flimsy and asly dameged

- Screen scratched very badly within a few days of use, despite my extreme care to protect my shiny new phone, handset digs into palm during use, only stores 200 messages, everything about the camera function is very slow and even pictures taken with flash require an extremely steady hand. The phone cannot be put onto a 'lights only' function; it has to use either vibration or a quite ringtone unless switched off. Texting is very slow and the phone often gets left behind. The dictionary does not remember words which are added to it. Realtones cannot be assigned to text alerts. There is also no message counter. Samsung have added too many extras to the phone so it just does not satisfy when using its basic functions.

+ Like the feel of it, seems pretty sturdy and solid slider. Good screen. Good camera - not extensively used yet though. Like the background picture which changes depending on which country you are in - Big Ben in London, Barcelona Cathedral in Spain etc. Like the fact I can answer calls by opening slider (no buttons!). Calendar is pretty good - can mark dates with different colours for appts, anniversaries, miscellany etc.

- Navigation takes a bit of getting used to but haven't had a Samsung before. Texting is a bit annoying, especially adding recipients - I'd like to start typing their name and for it to automatically look up the person but it take many more button presses than this. Also, when you save a draft text, it doesn't save the recipient which is v. annoying.

+ Does not feel flimsy like some phones but is not too big or heavy. Keypad feels comfortable to use and is not too sensitive. Screen large and clear. Lots of settings available for camera. Basic phone features are good and relatively easy to use.

- User guide is very basic which means I would not recommend this phone to someone with little or no experience of a mobile. For example, it is not obvious how to set a downloaded tune as the ringtone because you don't set it via the ringtone settings but have to go to the tune and then select set as ringtone from the file's options. I still haven't found where the apostrophe is ... so can't use one in text messages. Photos can be quite blurred unless the phone is held very still when taking pics. There is also a long shutter delay.

+ Reception is generally quite good and the sound quality is high. It works well as a phone, which was the main reason for my wanting it! It has lots of other features but I generally don't have the time or inclination to find out how to use them.

- The camera is very slow and most photos end up being deleted because the picture is 'after the moment' rather than capturing it. This is a shame as it was the camera quality that led me to choose this phone.

+ the phone has a good design, alot of useful features on it. the camera quality is good and the sound quality is good. The game effects are good and the messaging is easy to use. The screen is a good size and you can get a good picture on there. The connectivity is good and fast and overall is easy to use and the stuff on it is good.

- On rare occasions the keypad can stop working for about...20-30 seconds but it is nothing major and does not bother me at all.

+ This phone has an excellent 5mp camera which is actually better than my digital camera. All of it's overall functions and design are really good, and is very simple to use. The best phone I've had so far.

- The only real bugbear I have with this phone is that it doesn't appear to have an apostrophy to use in texting/emailing.

+ great camera and easy to use phone, battery life is better than my previous samsung.

- The button that links to the internet is easy to push accidentlly and its also easy for the phone to become unlocked when in a pocket/ bag.

+ Colour.

- You need to come out of a picture/text message to move on to the next (very time consuming). If some one sends you an email with a telephone number in it you can not copy the number to save it in your contacts.

- unable to change the ring alert for messaging to anything other than the 4 pre-istalled in the phone

+ I'm trying hard to think of any good points. I do like having the radio on it, that's about it.

- Keys are slow to respond when texting. Having thumb nails I find it hard to text the top row as the slide screen is so close to the top. When choosing a person to text I'm used to typing in the first few letters of the name and the name coming up rather than having to go looking for the name then selecting it then inserting it, its all abit of a faff. My number of texts has gone down since having this phone as I find it too slow and longwinded. Sound quality is also abit naff, very crackly and hard to hear someone at times.

+ IT JUST DOES EVERYTHING REQUIRED WELL

- Sometimes fails to pick up when attached to PC

+ Everything about this phone is awesome!

- Texting is very difficult with annoying features such as switching from regular text to numbers before capitals when you can get numbers by just holding down the keys anyway. The memory is pathetic, only about 200 text messages and not much for video either.

+ This is the best phone i have had : design, ease of use, picture quailty

- Camera button is near where you hold the phone to balance when you text ... It becomes increasingly annoying after a while as touching this button enables you from writting your text

+ At first i thought it was going to be a bit of a mindfield but it didnt take me long to get used to the whole phone!
Really pleased with the one i chose, the best bit is i can make it my own by the personalizing options.

+ Easy to use, looks good. Camera takes good photos. Good screen size and design. I really like this camera and would definitely recommend it.

- Battery life doesn't last long if you're making calls / taking pictures. Predictive texting can be slightly awkward - still haven't worked out how to find symbols such as & etc! Camera has delay between you pressing the button and the picture actually taking which can be a bit annoying

+ I like the design of it, the way the menu is set up and the slide up motion of the screen... That's about all..

- Freezes too quicky and too often, when baterry is going flat but not fully flat the phon won't let you finish what you were doing... Youre limited to what u have on the phone as the phone itself as very low memory,, if i want to put a song as a ringtone it will have to be saved on the phone memory and not the memory card, which limits yuor phone memory even more.... Not good...

+ stylish and easy to use, good for those who feel their old nokia is the only phone they'll be able to operate properly! Got everything you need including a decent enough camera.

- battery runs out within about 4 days with minimal usage and the highest ringing volume isn't really loud enough. The camera is a 5 megapixel but often blurs parts of your pictures out.

+ good camera and mp3 player

- keeps turning it's self off and keypad is a bit tempremental

- The volume isnt very loud sometimes have trouble hearing it ring. occasionally when sending text the keys go a little too fast for me.

+ Design,size and overall features this is my third samsung phone they are easy to use and reliable

- battery life I have only had the phone for 6 months and battery life has significally decreased with my other samsungs i noticed the battery life decrease after 12 months

- Camera has a delay before taking pictures which is REALLY annoying

- I find it very strange and annoying that a phone with all this software and PC package does not come with a USB data transfer cable

+ An attractive phone which is really easy phone to use. Has a good battery life and good memory. Not used email or web browsing so cannot comment. Camera is excellent. Would recommend this phone to others.

- Really annoying that you have to keep the handset open whilst waiting for texts to send, especially annoying when sending group text. But that is really it! Love the phone.

+ It's an overall good phone. There are plenty of good features and it's took me a while to discover them all! It has the best camera i've seen on a phone and it's also a bonus to be able to record clips from the radio to use as ringtones.

- Although the camera is good for a phone, the quality of pictures isn't that good when they are loaded onto a computer and I think I will still use my digital camera for doing this, which is a shame. Also, the software to load the photos on and edit them etc (Samsung pc studio) does not work on Vista, so I had to change the settings to use the phone as a mass storage device just to load them on. It can also be difficult to write out texts as sometimes my finger rests on a button on the side which prevents you from entering letters.

+ This is a fantastic phone with all the essential, useful and easy to use functions. The phone is fab looking and the photo quality means that I no longer need to carry my digital camera.

- Need to buy the extra accessories and there isnt a vast choice on the ringtones.

+ The battery lasts for around 1 week which is excellent!

- The phone constantly freezes and locks up. The internet has alo just disappeared for no reason! I would no buy a Samsung again, can't wait until I can get a nokia again!

+ Multi functions, radio, easy to navigate, facility to store info on a memory card

- Computer software - no easy way to transfer stuff from computer to memory card

+ This phone is very easy to use, great battery life. I have had a lot of phones over the past 5 years as i run my own business and this is the best by far.

- The only thing i will say that it scratches easily and the hole on the side of the phone is very hard to get open to charge the phone.

+ Very easy to navigate. lots of short cuts. looks great. fab camera. SOS facility is a fantastic idea, every phone should have this. I was so impressed I bought one for my daughter who has NEVER been satisfied with any phone she has ever had (and she has had some very expensive phones) - she loves it too!

- I purchased a "visor" hands free kit and it wasn't compatible. I didn't want a headset or an earpiece, and to date I haven't found an alternative that it will syncronise with.

+ I think the phone is a good buy. The camera takes a small amount of figureing out but its fine. The keys are easy to use. The information on the menu is good and clear.

+ This is one of best phones I have owned, it is small, light, very easy to use, and the screen is excellent. I would recommend this phone to anyone.

- Just wish it had no external buttons, it is so easy to accidently cut someone off, when you are getting the phone out of your pocket or bag.

+ It's simple to use, uncomplicated, has real buttons (not touch sensitive) and does everything I want a phone to do, include taking pics and videos. Great battery life. Tough design.

- Doesn't have many of the features and gadgets of the latest phones, but that's not why I chose it.

- When you text, you have to press the keys quite hard otherwise they miss letters and the phone has (only a couple of times) gone funny and i can't hear a ringtone or person on the line. It seems to be resolved when turned off then on again. My friend has the same phone and hers does it too...

+ this phone is great, the memory the sound quaility, easy to use and the size are all great

- Ring tones need to be louder.
Had real trouble stopping the phone going to voicemail after 6 rings.

+ I think I was able to get to grips with it fairly quickly and the ease of being able to download music on it has pleased me no end, plus the earphones are really comfortable. The phones memory without the card was impressive as well.

- The keypad can be a bit akward but is not impossible to use.

+ Simple menu layout, easy to transfer music and video to. auto saves any text as draft when closed so you can resume later.

- keypad layout is hard to understand as function buttons change for texting, creating contacts ect

+ The camera is awesome during the day, although night time is rubbish, unless I'm not setting it up correctly.

- The battery life is quite short. I am charging it every day and hardly using any major features, such a music etc. Quite poor really.

+ The camera is excellent and easy to use. The overall ease of use for the phone itself is a good selling/buying point because as with all Samsungs you get the basic menu and highlighted sub menu making it easy to locate the option you are after. The ability to set up your own themes is a great option as this gives you the option to reaaly personalise the phone and make it your own.

- The length of the video record fuction is to short to really be of use. The edges can dig into your hand whilst texting but this is a small design fault for what is really a great "does what it says on the box" mobile

+ Battery life is very good, rarely have to charge it. Looks very nice, has a good feel to it / good build quality. Camera is also very good (if you use it).

- Keypad... when texting this can be quite awkward, in particular the 9 key, you have to push this quite hard. The text function could be improved, it does not remember specific words in the dictionary so you have to input them every time you want to add them, this is annoying. Also, you cannot hold the delete button to delete text faster as it removes the entire text.

- It constantly switched it self off and froze and i know of other people who have had the same problem

+ I like the animated screen, the scribbling pen when you dial numbers, that you can start entering a number and numbers you've previously dialled pop up for you to select from
