+ My daughter loves this product so much she regularly offers to do the hoovering for me!

- It gives me backache,I could do with the bent pole being at a higher angle.

+ very easy to use a good vacum for normal cleaning but with a extra suction switch where required no job to big or to small

+ The cleaner is easy to use and move around the house, and the long cord means several rooms can be cleaned without having to re-plug in.

- No on-board storage of tools mean storage is troublesome and using tools requires carrying the tools separately.

+ Ive had 5 Dysons up until now and this Hetty out performs all of them for less than half the cost! Huge suction, incredibly quiet, a massive cable and hose length allows you to plug it in in one room and hoover through out without having to keep moving the plug!!! Easy to empty with one of the dusty mess like a Dyson!! Finally its PINK.........and my daughter loves it!!!!

- Not a bad point but it obviously isn't as easy to store as a Dyson.

+ Come with a little bag to put all the attachments in which is helpful
so easy to use

- Storage is hard because it does not compact down

+ She has tremendous suction....a long cable and long hose which means I dont have to keep finding plugs around the house. In addition she is easy to manouevre and gets up close and personal to the edges and in corners.

- She's fairly hefty to carry and taking her top on and off isnt the easiest job in the world but, for me, the positives far outweigh the negatives

+ Excellent looking machine. Quite a big bag for collection.

- Not the lightest of machines and didn't seem to pick up all the hair off our carpet and we don't even have a pet! Wouldn't recommend it to a pet owner!!
