+ A great buy after using Dysons for the last few years. Hetty is lightweight and easy to use with great suction and cleaning power on hard floors and rugs alike.

- Only minor point is it does tend to topple over if you pull along behind you!

+ after having dyson after dyson....the Hettie is an angel lol....ok an upright is easier but I dont have many carpets now-just wooden floors. The suction is better than my dysons, the hettie is smaller, quieter, and looks better!

+ She has tremendous suction....a long cable and long hose which means I dont have to keep finding plugs around the house. In addition she is easy to manouevre and gets up close and personal to the edges and in corners.

- She's fairly hefty to carry and taking her top on and off isnt the easiest job in the world but, for me, the positives far outweigh the negatives

+ Ok lets start with the obvious comment from the wife... its sooooo cute. Secondly this hoover is incredibly good. We previously had a dyson (£259) which was good but heavy and expensive. The Hetty is just as good when it comes to suction power, its really light and the cord system is simple and yet the most affective ive found on any hoover.... and the fact that it needs a bag.... well i can live with that. Dyson performance for less than £100, we paid £89.99 i think.

- I look a right numpty cleaning the car with a bright pink hoover. Hoover bag is huge and takes ages to fill up!

+ Hettie is easy to move around and with its long lead I can vacuum the bungalow from one plug.It is not as noisey as my dyson.

- Would have liked a light to tell me that the bag is full.

- wheels sometimes make the hoover buckle and it falls over

+ VERY QUIET AND LIGHT TO PULL AROUND. CHORD WINDS AWAY NICELY. LOOK CUTE WHEN IT HIDES BEHIND DOOR FRAMES!!

- TOP OF HOSE WHERE IT FITS ONTO THE METAL TUBE FEELS A BIT WOBBLY BUT IS DIFFICULT TO PULL APART.TO PUT AWAY.

- Not the lightest of machines and didn't seem to pick up all the hair off our carpet and we don't even have a pet! Wouldn't recommend it to a pet owner!!
