+ The best vacuum cleaner I have ever had! Does not seem to matter what the surface is, Hetty does the job. Bags are easy to fit, in fact everything is brilliant. I have never been so pleased with a vacuum cleaner and would recommend Hetty wholeheartedly!!

+ This is a powerful and compact cleaner which I find easy to use and very suitable for our small home. The long hose and long cord are very useful. It also looks cute! I haven't used the attachments yet so can't comment on them.

- nothing wrong with twenty year old Henry, but could not get a new brush head. Shops not interested in obtaining a new brush head only in selling me another hoover.
I now keep the old in use on the floor below even though the head is worn and marks the wood floors and Hetty for the carpets on the floor above.
would be nice if you could make the product a wee lighter?

+ Have used henry before but needed something a bit smaller to fit in our limited space. Same great quality just a little smaller. Very quiet as well which surprised me for something with so much power...a lot quieter than many other cleaners I've used. The price is also very good. The design is really cute too, our daughter loves it!

+ Robust, easy to use vacuum and very stable with large rear wheels. Hose is very strong and tubes are made of metal. Tubes are adaptable according to user's height. Electric lead winds away very quickly and smoothly. Carry handle. Powerful suction whilst being quieter than any previous vacuum I've had.

- Easy enough to remove the top of the cleaner in order to empty it but the top of the cleaner is the heaviest part.

+ Very cute, easy to use, long cable so you dont need to keep changing sockets, good power.

- Only bad point for me is that the accessories just come in a loose plastic bag and cannot be fixed to main Hetty.

+ The cleaner is easy to use and move around the house, and the long cord means several rooms can be cleaned without having to re-plug in.

- No on-board storage of tools mean storage is troublesome and using tools requires carrying the tools separately.

+ Ive had 5 Dysons up until now and this Hetty out performs all of them for less than half the cost! Huge suction, incredibly quiet, a massive cable and hose length allows you to plug it in in one room and hoover through out without having to keep moving the plug!!! Easy to empty with one of the dusty mess like a Dyson!! Finally its PINK.........and my daughter loves it!!!!
