- Wouldn't let me install Tweetdeck (for using twitter ) I had to unistall Norton then install tweetdeck and then reinstall Norton this was on the laptop with Vista - no problem on PC with XP though strangely.

- very expensive, and new disk should overide existing norton security, should not have to uninstall existing software, which makes whole process take considerably longer
