+ I got this phone for my son and he loves it. he thinks the touch screen navi pad is 'ccol' and he likes the fact it has plenty of features and an excellent camera.

- took some getting used to at first but not a massive down point.

- some time takes ages to move to where you want to be. other times it run`s through and past where you want to be too quickly as if the phone stalls the runs off through phone book/texts etc.

+ It looks great, and its easy to use, it has loads of room for songs and pictures, etc. It has a small mirror on the front touch screen panel i view this as a bonus, I found it useful on a night out just to check make up!

- the predictive text function constantly will predict useless words , slash numbers for example trying to send the word 'what' is predicted to 9428! , 'let' will be Kev and tomorrow is tomorrox, very annoying, and there seems to be no way of changing this. Also the finish of the phone although looking pretty as brand new quickly becomes scratched and looks a bit scruffy in everyday use.

+ Mostly very easy to use with lots of good applications

- Battery life is fairly short. Also when adding words to predictive text these become the default first choice for that spelling which isn't necessarily useful, and I haven't found how to delete this yet

- The touch screen can be abit of a pain somtimes as it is so sensitive, i somtimes keep pressing it accidently and lose what i am doing.

+ Easy to use and navigate. Small enough to put in pocket and is easy to hear

- can be a bit complicated to use but once you've gotton use to it is is easy to use

- if you do text alot, the battery does seem to go flat after a while! also you don't get a seperate folder for the MMS you have recieved and sent. Recommend buying a memory card.

- quite big by todays standards and heavy too! also find the camera a bit of a pig to use not as easy as my previous Samsung phone.

+ The main thing I like about this phone is the nav pad with magic keys, it enables you to easily go straight toy uor favourite shortcuts. Also the menu to the left of the screen allows rapid access to things like calendars, alarms and even the web.

- Personally the only thing thats not always great is the LED flash on the camera as it is not adjustable and can be a bit overpowering for picures.

- This handset is not good for constant use if you just have the phone and barly use it yes its great, I got one for my girlfriend and she has had 4 replacements in 5 weeks due to lock ups, touch screen faults and general not working.

+ this is a very comfortgablor phone for myself because i can touch the screen and i can get into thedifferent places i need to go into as i am on incaqpcity benefit and anm 57 it is great f or my hands

- the trouch screen can be naughty if it is in the purse so i am getting or hoping to get a sock for it
