+ I took my phone on holiday - and used the camera for all of my pictures. The software to upload them onto my computer was also really easy to use.. And I'm no wizz kid on a computer!

- The battery is not brilliant, and could do with lasting a bit longer - a tip is to take the vibration down to minimum. Also I have had problems with using the touch screen when sending texts - it's easy to accidentally hit send before you've finished.

+ very clever phone with lots of customising possibilities. high quality camera. looks great and feels stirdy whilst not being too cumbersome

- difficult to send txts when not using predictive texts. it is too easy to send the txt by mistake with the touch panel. another negative is the lack of free games.

+ Had an old brick before for a phone with not a lot of stuff on it this has more than enough stuff on it and is easy to use. Camera is very good when you have figured out how to use which didnt take long. Sound quality is good too for a phone.

- Not long battery life, Could do with better instructions on how to get the best out of the camera.

- when wanting to write a message it's an inconvenience changing it from predictive text every time. should be an option in message settings.

+ When the phone works i can't fault it although the battery life does not last longer than 24 hours.

- It keeps switching itself on and off at all different stages of use and in any application. Quite often the phone will decide to change the ring tones and message tones when not requested.

- I sometimes cannot hear the person on the other end very well, though at other times I can so I don't know what causes this. Also, when opening, I find that I select options on the screen accidentally.

- Not many good ring tones and the loudness isn't that good when trying to hear the phone ringing. I have missed loads of calls.

- the touch sensitive square has no happy medium if you turn it down you have to really wack the sreen to get it to move, or turn it up 1 and you touch the text icon and end up with the camera on

- the sound quality is diabolical. i cant hear anything at all on it. i thought it was a nice phone but i would not recommend this.

- I've missed a lot of calls because the ringer is so quiet. You can hardly hear it if there is any noise around you.

+ The phone looks good, the vibration is good.

- It sometimes vibrates and buzzes when you try to make a call, then ends the call. I thought there might be something wrong with it, but my partners does exactly the same. The navigation is frustrating because it doesn't do what you ask it to 30% of the time. It also take ages to connect to the number you try to ring and 10% of the time it doesn't connect at all, it just goes to the home screen. Not a good phone, would not reccomend it, can't wait to get something else really.

+ The phone is gorgeous, very easy to use, picture quality is excellent, I love that it warns if you've gone to 2 texts before sending. This is my third Samsung slide phone and I love it, apart from ...

- Can't change text alert sound and also frequency of text alert sound! Previous Samsung had about 4 different tones but this one just has one with no offer of alternative or ability to use one of my downloaded tones as a text alert :(

+ The samsung soul is a sleek and stylish fone with many accessories, the product is easy to easy to many age groups.

- I was dissapointed with the quality of the video and in comparison to sonys mobiles the camera technology wasnt as foward as theirs, such as face detection, easy touch screen for zooming etc. I also found the games poor as they were only demos and was upset to see that my crazy bunny game wasnt available.

+ Very nice little phone, really compact, sleek-looking etc. The camera is great, and the phone's really easy to use - I've never had a Samsung before and it barely took me any time to get the hang of it.

- There are some things that seem a bit odd - the fact that the alarm won't go off if the phone isn't switched on, for example. Also, the battery life is fine, as long as you don't really do too much with the phone - for example when I was setting it up with wallpaper and playing around with it a lot when I first got it etc, it didn't even last two days, but now it seems to be absolutely fine.

- Even on the loudest setting it can be difficult to hear the other person. Others who have this phone have reported the same problem.

+ The phone looks good, has a good quality camera and is simple to use, no need to refer to the instruction manual at all

- the phonebook features are not so great, only 2 numbers can be stored for each contact, my old phone allowed up to six numbers plus email addresses, home addresses and a notes field for each person. Overall this is the only fault I have found with the phone

- I think the camera is not very good, it does not take very good photo's, and it is ment to be 5.0 mega. I wanted this phone because I wanted to take good photo's. Also the softwear I got does not work and you won't change the disc for me.

- Volume - I have to put every call on Speaker to be able to hear. Not sure if it's just my phone that's faulty but it is so quiet and I've got it on the loudest setting.

+ you can make your own skins and change the colour of the keypad also it is a quite good camera

- it has not got much memory i would of thought it would of come with a memory card but didnt :D

- the battery life meter can be full one minute then down to one bar the next i would prefer a more accurate battery life indicator

+ It is a reasonable phone, quite easy to push up the slide (better than previous Samsung models). Nice large screen and easy to read text. It is useful to have a 5meg camera. I quite like the touchscreen feature.

- Battery life is not as long as other, older, phones I've used. There is no inverted comma to use when texting. I prefer the old-fashioned way of texting by using the alpha keys separately, but this phone automatically switches to predictive text and has to be changed every time I want to send a text. The camera is good, but doesn't seem take the picture you 'click' on, there seeems to be a slight delay so you get a different picture to the one you aimed for. There are no set pictures, music or 'other' to insert into texts which I've always had with other phones. People tell me it is hard to hear me speaking from this phone so I preume the mic isn't very good. Quite a few niggles, considering this is supposed to be 'state of the art'.

+ The phone is great to use, the keys on the phone are easy enough and the touch pane is great.

- The battery does not last long and the sound on it is poor, when receiving incoming calls its very quiet and you can not turn it up any louder. There are also no games on the phone.

- Touch screen buttons aree really sensitive and close together so you can press wrong one really easily.

- Doesn't come with any games. Takes a while to suss out how to find an apostrophe when texting!

+ Nice looking phone - love the fact you can completely personalise the phone - even down to the colour of the touchpad. Reasonably light, nice sliding phone that sits well in your pocket or bag.

- Camera settings are hidden within different sub-menus. It's not very easy to navigate, other than by pressing every button to see what happens. The instruction book offers no help either.

+ looks good and storage is good. Battery life is ok most of the time.

- inserting recipients into a ntext is a bit of a faff and constantly unlocking the phone to use it or view msgs is a bit tedious..

- touch pad can be good but also can be annoying as its easy to hit by mistake when you dont mean to use it. Sending text messages is more long winded than my other samsung phones (i always use samsung). Lots of choice on different vibration settings but none are strong enough to feel in your pocket when walking along

+ It looks great and is easy to use, has a great camera and all the things you would need.

- Its too wide for my small hands!!! and the sound hole doesnt seem to allow much sound through, i find it hard to hear people sometimes...i think also the battery life is fairly poor, compared to previous phones, although they had smaller camera/storage etc.

- The dictionary doesnt allow you to delete words and if you put the wrong one in by mistake, you are stuck with it. The low battery warning comes on much too late and literally gives us minutes before shutting down.

I love the fact that when you touch the touch-screen part, it vibrates!
It has a pretty good memory, the camera is very clear, and in general I just love it!

- The battery life is very bad compared to my previous phone, but I've had Samsung phones before so I expected it. apart from that, it doesn't really have many faults about it.
