- Lot of menu options in software, seems to be messy. I feel options are not maintained properly in menus compared to other mobiles. I didn't find the option to change volume while playing audio / video.

- The keypad is atrocious, the ridge makes it almost impossible for a man to use (with larger hands/fingers)! I wish Nokia would design a replacement keypad (flat unit like the Nokia 6680) so that I can use the phone to its full potential.
