so much faster then the N73.....that phone was so slow. The nokia maps feature is great, it works faster and better than my gps system. the camera taks fantastic pitures. the phone is easy to use, for anybody thinking about getting this phone i would say YES. you even get a 2GB card with it, on some high end phones you have to buy one. The build quality is very very good, it won't fall apart in your hand, like some other makes. great phone, great features, great extras. even get a tv lead in the box!
-
the keys take a bit of getting used to. some people say they are too small, it's not the case. Once you get the feel for them is no problem. don't be put off buy the keys, they work better than most models on the market.

Excellent phone nice and sturdy and a great screen & camera with xenon flash. S60 operating system so acts as a PDA as well with the relevant software installed as the inbuilt isn't the best. GPS is excellent and useable with quick satellite fix and accurate maps.
-
Battery life isn't the best so spare battery recommended. Pity you can't charge it via the USB Port and why another USB port standard why not stick with the mini USB?

Loads of features, excellent camera, Wi-Fi connection is awesome, in-built GPS for SatNav is amazing, easy to operate, usual Nokia reliability.
-
Keypad a little fiddly (buttons very small) but you do get used to it. The battery life isn't fantastic, but then what do you expect with all the gadgets on board. Normal use I need a re-charge very 2-3 days. If you use the Wi-Fi and/or GPS/SatNav a lot then less than that (obviously). The casing does creek a bit and feels less than solid when using it, but no problems so far. I would recommend buying a clear acrylic hard case for it, to keep it scratch free. At the moment the Nokia updater software is NOT compatible with Vista os, I had to install it on my work PC which uses XP and was able to update the firmware on the phone with absolutely no problems at all. Nokia have promised a fix soon, but it has been over a month and no sign yet....The rest of the Nokia Suite software, however, does work in Vista (email syncing, mailing, backup, etc, etc).

The Symbian OS is very quick on this phone, menus appear with no lag like other Symbian OS phones. The camera is excellent as is the video recording. The built in GPS is amazingly quick to lock onto your position, taking on average 2 seconds using the Garmin Software. The battery life is excellent for such a full featured phone. WIFI is solid. Overall if you can live with cheap looking case this is a superb phone.
-
Design! - The case looks like it was designed by a 2 year old!
Keypad takes some getting used to.
Navigation pad is rubbish!
Case is creaking after only one month.

Love the 3.5mm phono jack as I can now listen to music with proper headphones on my commute, that one feature was worth it alone for me. The camera is good and the maps and GPS is more handy than I thought it would be. Love the screen.
-
Battery life doesn't match my old Sony Ericsson K750i, but this is a small grumble really. Keypad is a little fiddly.

Good reception - loud and clear. Sat nav and camera good.
-
The red light on during video recording is not powerful enough to act as a light but annoyingly reflects on objects and shows up in recordings when esp when they are in close up.This is a bad design flaw. Also sat nav while good is v. costly!

Amazing to get a camera on a mobile with 5 megapixels and a carl zeiss lens! Nokia texting is the best I have used. I went away from nokia to Samsung and found their texting interface infuriating, so have come back with my next phone.
-
There is a button in the middle of one of the buttons on the right hand side which is easy to catch and sends me to the gallery. I am sure this is easy to change(I haven't checked) but it does annoy me sometimes when I catch it by mistake.
