+ Looks good and smart, has brilliant features.

- Battery life is really bad and the phone keeps freezing especially when you look at pictures.

+ easy to use, similar to other nokias,

- battery life not as good as i would have hoped

+ It's compact so fits in smaller bags for nights out. It looks good and it's pretty easy to use. I've not had a new phone for quite a while so was surprised at how quickly I got it up and running.

- It's a bit heavy so you notice if it's in your pocket and the ring tones included are a bit pants.

- Sometimes turning off when browsing pictures.

+ This phone is one of the mosy easiest to use on the market right now. It has a simple design and doesn't shout out at you its features.

- The only thing that needs sorting out on this phone is that it doesn't hold a lot of memory. So if you're going to have a load of photos/videos/songs on this phone, I'd recommend you buy a memory card as well.

+ The way it looks and the fact that it is so light to hold!

- Cant hear my text messages, when they arrive even when the volume is turned up and cant hear when it rings... not loud enough the loudspeaker so your better with no loud speaker...

- relys on touching the screen to slide it open, therefore it makes it easier to scratch :(

+ Nice small phone, looks good, and is easy to use, stainless steel case is good.

- Screen scratches easily and there are always thumbprints on the phone. The speaker is on the back of this phone for some reason, poor design really. If it is on material such as a bed or a cushion you cannot hear it ringing even if you are right next to it. Any other hard surface you can just about hear it if you are nearby but if you are in another room you definately won't know it's ringing, even on full volume. This is the MAJOR downside of this phone. If it is in your handbag (girls) you won't hear it either, and the vibrate function is barely even there. I have had to put a thick screen protector on mine and place it screen down on surfaces so I have a chance to hear it which is not ideal and takes away from the sleek looks of the phone.

- because the phone is so new there is very little that is compatibile with it for example games, also there is not enough memory on the phone itself

+ Phone quality is very high with metal casing, and doesnt scratch easily..The navigation is quick and shortcuts are easy to implement, the software is very responsive and reacts quickly to requests unlike all those touch screens out there at the moment..May not have cutting edge technology, but what it does have is very high quality and not likely to go wrong..The 3.2 mega-pixel camera with flash is especially clear.

- Not many to be honest, i find playing games on the phone is uncomfortable because of the shape of the handset, but i didnt get a phone to play games.. Battery life could be longer..

- Navigation keys have got sharp edge and the numerical keypad required quite a strong force to activate them.
Camera feature's not good : when using digital zoom it just ruins the photo in terms of resolution.

+ Neat, compact and very easy to use.

- The battery life could be improved, and also when reading text it doesn't give you long before is dis-illuminates so you cant read them, despite altering the settings!

+ Overall it's a solid package with little to complain about

- The loudspeaker isn't very audible, this can be a pain when driving if you cannot find your hands free kit.

+ I have not had a Nokia phone for some time and I have found it easy to adapt to.

+ I like being able to listen to music and send a message at the same time, which is part of the reason i chose the product. I also like how easy it is to navigate around the phone and applications are easy to find and use.

- The only bad point i have is that i probably have to charge the phone twice a week. I dont listen to music more than on my old phone or have any extras or a bigger memory card and i only use to charge my old one every 7 - 10 days so thats its only bad point.

When you are writing a text message its easy to send it accidentally or to loose your tex because of the possition of your control tex button on the right side. I thing this is the worst thing I am experiencing with the phone, something I have never had with my previous samsung SGH250

- I get an appauling signal from this phone, much worse than my old nokia (6230). It also had about the same battery life as my old phone, which I had been using for almost five and a half years!

- battery life is non existant even when just used for calls and text. turns of with little warning of battery dying. also turns of at least once every 2 days for no reason mid text. screen goes white and seems to have to re boot itself. VERY ANNOYING!!!

+ The design of the phone is very smart and the colour scheme is very pleasing to the eye. The size is very cute and when it is time to play music, it is clearer than my sister's phone, LG Renoir.

- The worst about the phone is that when it comes to taking a picture, at first the image is fuzzy before becoming clear so you wouldn't know if you took a good picture or not until the end.

- i cannot work out how to text numbers!!! Simple thing but just cannot work it out.

+ phone is attractive, easy to use

- The mp3 player is not very user friendly and freezes up a lot, it might be a memory problem will try to get a memory card and see if it helps. Not easy to keep "clean", it marks and look dirty quickly.
