compact, simple to use, reliable good battery life
-
poor volume level and position of volume control, liable to adjust volume due to the position and most peoples way of holding the phone volume would be better at top or by key operation

wireless often drops out of signal and problems with receiving messages, have had to do system updates frequently and reinstall phone software to fix the problems, would reccomend for people that dont get signal in the house and/or workplace.

It's such an easy phone to use! I always go for Nokia phones, and this one's the best one by far! It's indestructable, I've lost count of the amount if time's I've dropped it and it's absolutely fine!
-
The battery life is a little on the short side. This could however be due to the fact that I am comparing it to my old phone when I was on PAYG and hardly spending any time calling, and now I'm in the phone a fair bit every day...

Nice simple phone, it calls people and texts people. Has a very tough shell (not plastic like my sony w200i which was breaking into small pieces after just 6 months.)

I like the fact that it is quite slim and easy to use. This can make it a little difficult to find in a 'busy' handbag, however! The display is easy to read and the menus are easy to navigate around.
-
The only bad thing is that the ring tone isn't always loud enough for me to hear it ringing so I do tend to miss lots of calls.

It's a Nokia! Simple as that. They are very easy to use, great features, virtually indestructable, which is always a bonus when you're clumsy, and they always, ALWAYS, look good.
-
It doesn't look as pretty as the Nokia 6500 classic, but that's just being pety.
