- I think I have a bad one as sometimes when i'm talking the sound drops off and the speaker seems to crackle but reception is fine as my husband also has bought one and he's is fine.

- can't exit text editor without having to save the message to drafts. V annoying when trying to check what a previous text from someone else read. Would be much easier if you could just flick out and in again and still have the message there.

- Can´t unlock it after one year of purchase, very disappointing and maybe illegal

- I can't change the length of time of ringtone before it switches to voicemail, so often miss calls as I cant get to the phone quick enough! Have looked everywhere and tried everything, have even downloaded a whole song but still goes to voicemail afer 4-5 rings!!

- I have had three of these phones, they have a design fault which means after a few months of daily use they switch off etc, lots of my friends have reported it, i have sent back under warranty each time, but still love phone

+ The 6300 is a solid (quite heavy but not a problem for me ) piece of equipment. It feels like a machined solid block of aluminium in the hand. It also looks expensive but isn't.
Nokia have always enjoyed a reputation for ease of use with good predictive menus, this model is no exception. The Nokia Suite for my computer is also very clear & easy to use when downloading/uploading etc etc.

- As the phone is not a flip or slider design you do need to lock the keypad when it is in a pocket (or a handbag I suppose) as pressure on the keys will start all sorts of mischief !

+ Large screen, very detailed (more than avarage). Very easy to navigate, as Nokia's usually are. Everything you could need on a mobile is here. Doesn't include some of the latest features for mobiles (only has 2.0MP camera, which is actually fine. Don't know why people want more, just buy an actual camera for goodness sake). Very light to hold, buttons a good size. Side light flashes if you have a message or missed a call which is very useful. You get a good sized SD memory card with the phone which stores loads. Bigger sized can also be bought.

- Battery life isn't the best when in constant use. The mobile didn't come with a USB connector lead (even though it has an input in the phone). Slightly tinny sound from speaker, not a huge issue though, doesn't get annoying.

- Balance on 6300 buttons close to base and small. 7373 poor, no wonder it is free. Made BIG mistake with this one. Now use my old phone and the 7373 sits in the box.

- The music player - arrangement of tracks is not very good or easy. Plays well enough, but in alphabetical order only...

+ The screen is a great size both for internet browsing and for texting. The keypad and navigation are easy to use. I only ever choose Nokia phones so I found the navigation easy, but the options and functions are intuitive so I think it would be easy for someone who is used to another phone to use it as well. The camera is great quality and I downloaded a ringtone on the first day I had it, so I know the sounds on it are good too! I'd definitely recommend this phone.

+ It's sleek, slim and light. Navigation is simple, as with most Nokia handsets and it does what I need it to do.

+ I've always had Nokia phones as they are easy to use and this one is no exception. Not too big, not too small, simple and stylish. A must for someone who wants an easy to use phone.

- The only bad point is (I struggled to find one actually!!) I recorded my little girl singing to use as a ringtone and it was really quiet even with the volume right up.

+ I like it, it was an upgrade from a very ole nokia, so light years ahead in stle and screen.lots of bits to tweak and adjust. even the speaker is OK for music (ish)
if you turn it off at night I get 3-4 days from a charge

vibrate is nbot as noticeable as my old nokia.

+ The phone itself feels very solid and at no point have I ever felt like like I was going to drop it, it is also compact and a good weight. The camera is also pretty capable but would benefit from a flash, overall I would recomend the phome to anyone in this price range.

- More software could be included with the phone, it looks quite bare in comparison with the higher N series models. But then the N series are priced significantly higher so I guess you get what you pay for
