+ Ease of use

- Poor battery life when using the features other than a basic phone

+ best phone i ever had apart from 2-3 days battery life! very stylish and basic phone, easy to use and get on with, would have the same one again!

- Battery life is awful. Lasts only a couple of phone calls or a day or two - very poor compared to my old model Nokia

+ Metal casing gives it a good solid feel to it. Slim design means it can fit into an inside pocket without bulky bulges showing - perfect for when wearing a suit. Easy to use & navigate. Excellent reception.

- Sound quality could be better. Music has a volume limit which, if wanting to play aloud without earphones, is inadequate.
The sound level is about right for ringtones & when making/receiving a call.

+ I've found very useful a small blue LED light that goes on whenever I missed a call or got a text message. Very innovative, I'd never encountered that before. I also like the flight mode that enebles you to listen to the music player while on the plane (the device doesn't send or received any signal).

- The memory card (micro SD) is quite small and it can only be expanded to the max of 2 GB. I'd prefer 4 or 8 GB. Also the battery life is not impressive, Which may be due to the big display.

- In the short time I have had this phone I can honestly say that I haven't found anything bad with it

+ Great long lasting phone, the only phone that has stood the test of time, normally a phone lasts me between 12 and 14 months, the 6300 lasted 2yrs working fine, had a few power issues at the end of its life where it would not take charge and switched itself off when trying to re charge. have had a new phone now but the signal is not as good on this new one as the old one ??... still exactly the same model because of its reliability.

- Screen gets scratched and hard to read messages. problems with re charging when coming to the end, would love to have a 6300 slide phone so that screen is protected.

+ It is slim, has a good design, an quite a few features that are very easy to use.

- The battery does not last very long from the beginning, even after having followed all of the instructions to maximize its life. Despite having a lot of features, none of these are particularly good, for example the camera is only a 2mega pixel and photos do not really come out very well.

- The volume is low. It has stopped recording text messages sent - I have no idea whether they have been sent or not and and if they have what they were.

+ The phones basic functions ie. calls, texts all work well and the camera/video quality is of very good standard.

- When multimedia messages are received the phone just completely shutsdown, restarts and then you don't receive the message.
Also, the music player isn't the best, it can do like the above and just shut down.

+ Its a good looking phone,very neat and hip and its so easy to function.

- The phone has hardly any flaws,but if i had to be find one it would be the life of the battery.

+ very good phone. what I like most about Nokia phones is that they are extremely sturdy in that they can survive rough treatment .

- Games - pre-loaded ones are not obvious to find (being on the memory card), and I miss having solitaire (which my old Nokia 6111 had) Keypad - the middle button is too sensitive, so sometimes if I brush it in error while writing a text message it sends it when it's not complete.

+ For the price I think its a great phone. The organiser is so easy to use, it takes no time to set up meeting or birthday reminders. Its very compact so thats another plus side too.

- You cannot scroll back to the top of a text once you are at the bottom (unlike on the old models where you can). You cannot tell the time a text was sent or received simply by scrolling to the bottom of a text (unlike on my old Nokia midel)

+ Nice keypad and good predictive text. Looks good. Flashing light indicator on the side to let you know if you've missed an event e.g. missed call or text.

- Battery life is quite poor. Really difficult to remove battery cover for the first time. OK after that though.
