+ I love this phone, it's not too complicted and it was not too expensive. It's very slim and light. I haven't used alot of the features yet as I mainly listen to music and text.

- I am a bit disappointed with the quality of the videos but that might be me being a bad cameraman!

+ I bought this primarily for the music player and it is brilliant although I don't find the PC programme very easy to use. However the sound quality and the memory capacity are great and the music player on the phone is easy to use. The size is good, very slim. The speakers it came with are very good. Overall it is great.

+ Great phone - Bought it for my Dad and he never put it down. He was always etiher listening to radio or to mp3's and sometimes even made phone call :o)

- FREEZE...FREEZE....FREEZE.... BATTERY OUT, BATTERY IN, CONSTANT PAIN IN THE NECK

+ Compact and stylish.

- Two major problems:
1. Everytime you go to the music player (after having been switched off) the memory card is re-registered causing 2-3 min delay in usage. This is very annoying.
2. When video files are transferred they do not convert correctly. They work if converted by non Noikia utilities.

+ has alot of features over all such as music player and radio, that alll work very well and i was pleasantly surprised by the length of the battery life

- i have had a few problems with dust getting in my phone which would make me question the seal's on the phone.

+ It's a thin phone (under 1cm deep) so it fits great in the pocket and is good for listening to music on the go, especially due to the standard headphone socket. The 2GB storage (micro sd card that comes with the phone) is plenty of storage for music. So far the phone plays any mp4 encoded video files that I have and the battery lasts about 6 days on a charge which is pretty good for the amount of time that I use it for music. Call quality is fine and texting is straight forward.

- The phone software a little outdated and probably the biggest gripe for me is the alarm function as there's only one setting, on or off and no daily/weekly/multiple occurrence options. Also if a text comes in, you'll have to unlock the keypad before accessing it.

- If it does have a fault i would say that it is not built to the same standards as the older Nokia Mobiles.However;again that is my view.With the must have mobiles of today everyone wants both a light and compact mobile; so in view of this just maybe the materials that they use feel less sturdy.Other than this I cannot fault this very popular Nokia Mobile.Value for money it is a Big Hit.A Must Have Mobile.
