+ It's a Nokia and does what it says on the tin

- Had to download software for it and doesn't take standard earplug jack

+ Great phone. Looks good, easy to use. even has a few good ring tones already on phone. Bluetooth works faster than other phones ive had. Micro memory card included is great for transfering all my stuff from old phone, very easily.

- Battery life ok but not as good as last phone.

+ Compact and light

- Auto key lock not automatic , and build quality the headphone broken after a month.

+ slide action is very smooth, quite intuitive to learn how to use the various features. Range of features was one of the key selling points. Really like the phone.

- battery life not as good as my previous nokia phone. The font used in the calendar in the organiser does not provide enough distiction to show which dates have entries and which do not.

- The battery life on this is very poor. My previous Motorola phone knocks this out of the water where battery life is concerned. I'm not a heavy user. I found that after the first call I took on it, the battery life level dropped by 50%. On that basis alone, I would not recommend this product. I'll admit, I was sucked in reading the reviews of it here and elsewhere. I'm not at all convinced that this phone is any good for anything other than calls and text. Anything else and you're really restricted by battery life. Fine if you're on the road or can readily charge it, but if you're outdoors with no power points ... make sure it's charged up full before you go.

+ Didn't get the phone for Maps feature and didn't realise it had it, but come in useful a few times since. Swityched from a SONY and findf texting marginally easier with Nokia - smoother keys or something!

- Battery runs out within the day if use any features, more like 3 or 4 days for just calls and texts.

- i have heard that the plums battery life is low but personally i have not experienced that,but i do charge my phone every night whether low or not because its used a lot.

- When the lock is on the phone the lock can be opened when in your pocket without touching the phone also quality of phone calls is no different from any other mobile I have used before the only other bad point is the writing of messages.

+ It's a fabulous colour, small and compact and very easy to use. I haven't had a Nokia for a long time and was surprised to find it had every feature I have looked for in previous phones but didn't always find.

- None really - the navigation and soft keys feel a bit wobbly, but the main keypad is firm and positive. Battery life not too bad - I am quite a light user.

- On loudspeaker in the car I find it far too quiet. I had a Nokia 6300 and it was much louder.
