+ Very easy to use and easy to navigate

- Camera quality not very good. Picture very grainy

+ Just seems to do the job I require with a phone at it's full potential. A great little package of a phone.

+ Good phone with good reception. I have only had to charge the phone once per week when the battery has started to deplete. I have expanded the memory by using a Micro SD card which I would recommend.

- Not really found any bad points, It is only used for making and receiving calls and text's so wouldn't want to comment on the other features.

+ Fantastic phone the write up does not do it justice! I like the fact I can have an alarm and reminders set to go off daily, on my old phone I had to keep resetting the reminders.

- The alarm is not loud enough, my old phone used to beep so loudly I could hear it from anywhere in the house this one I can't hear if it's in another room! But I have put it on "Outside" function for ringing etc and I think this is doing the trick.

+ The long battery life and high number of features the phone has.

- The camera is low resolution

+ This phone's easy to use, has a good big keypad. Simple but good.

- The only thing that I miss on this phone is a music player, but knew that when I bought it.

+ Simple to use, as a pensioner I just want a phone without all sorts of gadgets. Keys are very visible and easy to read. Overall I am very happy with the phone

+ The phone has everything you need - especially if you buy a memory card to increase the memory capacity.

- The phone does not give any beep to warn you when you have missed a call or a text message. This means you have to visually keep checking the phone to make sure you did not miss anything if it is not permanently attached to you!

- Because it is so shiny, you see fingerprints on it all the time so I am constantly buffing it up on my clothes.

+ Easy to use. Decent screen size and can increase the font size so that those that wear reading glasses can read texts without reaching for their glasses.

- To insert punctuation you have to go into options and then scroll for symbol required. Would be good if full stops were only a key press without having to access the options facility.

- Single handed use - Its difficult to press the * button. Default ring/alarm tones are not the best

+ simply to use, good battery life,big keypad for my fat fingers, it is a good solid mobile phone.

- camera image is poor,did not come with usb lead or download disc.

+ I have always found the Nokia products I have used very good quality.

- I wish Nokia did not feel they had to change the operating instuctions with each model of phone, this includes calling similar functions by different names. My 'ease of use' comment includes the operating software/instructions. I am 72 years young so I guess that has something to do with it!!

+ I like it because it is a very comfortable, robust and easy to use phone for e-mails and general telephone calls. I do not use a mobile a great deal, and am not looking for major effects. The camera is quite good for its size. I find it easy to navigate and get through the menus well. I don't need any more.

+ This is a great little phone. I upgraded to the 6300 and then swapped back to this because it has better battery life and the keys are easier to read. The only downside is that the screen is not very high resolution. It even has remote sim access mode and works with my mercedes phone kit.
