Small and compact good battery life has a lot of sofrware for those who like to use it.

- Find navigating around the phone and sending texts rather difficult though I am getting the hang of it now,
also Im old so not so good with technology

- The keypad is designed poorly for text msg and as this phone is sold with free text for life the buttons should be more text friendly.
