+ It looks fab and is a joy to use - I can't stop fiddling with it. It has a range of functions so I can't get bored fiddling with it: easy to text; camera quality is outstanding; can use email and access web; love the other features such as lifeblog. It's a sexy phone and makes me feel 'with it'!

- I keep going onto the camera accidently as the side button is in the way when texting - other than that it is superb!

+ I'm not overly sure what these points are :( I guess having sooo many functions there's no wonder that these handsets are prone to sooo many errors.

- The amount of times 'so far' I have had to have the handset 'repaired' - which in both cases was impossible and was given a replacement handset each time. I won't be going for this type of handset again.

+ picture quality is gpood, nice looking phone and versatile, easy to carry around

- the navigation of the top keypad is terrible the keys are two close together and can easily be caught and you can delete a text message mid text, the sound could be inproved and it would be an improvment in the contacts in that you could opt to black list a number, the capture of the picture could be quicker

- Battery life- it is ridiculous!!! I have changed the battery for the new one three times and it is still bad. Listen to the music - 3 hours, speaking over the phone - 1 hour..... I usually speak about two or three hours a day because of my job.... so...??

- When all the 8gb is used it runs very slow, can't even open the picture browser up. The abttery does not last long when using features the speaker for musi is very tinny

+ Easy to use, excellent camera though I have not figured out all of the features on the camera yet, texting is simple and I love the look of the phone overall. MP3 player is of good quality.

- The battery does not hold its charge for very long if you are using it for browsing, music or playing games. I find there are a lot of websites that I cannot access which can be frustrating.

+ The camera quality is brilliant and clear, the layout of the phone is very easy to understand and if i have had any problems, the helpline is adequate.

- It has no battery life and MANY faults (after having three that failed in different ways I now have a different Nokia phone - maybe I was just unlucky as I know of other people that have had great N95's and been more than happy with them).

+ Very good multifunction device. WLAN and web browsing very quick to set up. Nokia maps network access configuration a little confusing. Often used on motorbike for music, calls and navigation - all through bluetooth to headset and works well.

- A bit on the big size. Would like the screen slider to be locked in place. Would like to have a way tp stop the key lock from coming on. Would like the backlight to be configurable to stay on if powered up.

- camera shutter opens easily if knocked and this means it goes to camera mode when you don't necessarily want it to!

+ Chunky phone - sits nicely in your hand when on the phone and easy to find in a bag!

- The battery life isn't wonderful but if you don't use the power-hungry features very much (I don't), it's not a problem. The slidy face is sometimes a bit too eager to slide - luckily you can lock the keys when it's open and closed. The range of wallpaper/backgrounds is appalling, and the 'free downloadable' ones from the Nokia site are not much better.
