+ The contact detials and back up process is excellent.

- The microphone stops working and now the camera opening button has stopped. when I visited a shop I was told it had to go back for repair. Not impressed that its failed already

+ I am very pleased with this phone. The picture quality is fantastic and it has brilliant sound quality. Overall this mobile is a fantastic phone.

- Battery life is not good at all.i have to turn the phone off then on again pn occasions so i can here people i wish to talk too.Bad Nokia experience.

- Serious problems with the time it takes to capture a picture in low lighting.
PC Suite software synchronising with Outlook is faulty to the point of being more trouble then it's worth.
Sending texts is annoying because you can hit the red key instead if the "c" key very easily. This causes you to discard the whole message to Drafts instead of deleting a single character.
Video recording chows battery life like crazy.
The back panel falls out easily and then the battery falls out with it
The earphones that come with the phone are crap and the cord is too short.
GPS take ages to synchronise with satellites

+ Design, functionality

- Build quality suspect, had two both with same problem - intermittent speaker operation. Also the GPS doesn't really work - thinks you are driving in the fields next to the road.

+ It really does have everything. Having used an LG (terrible synchronisation software) and a Motorola (awful menus) it is a joy to be using such a well evolved package of hardware and software.

- It really does have everything which can make it overwhelming in ways. What I really want is a decent digital camera with a phone built in, not the other way around. The battery life, especially when you're using the camera, listening to music or accessing the internet can be very brief. For such an expensive, well-specced piece of kit it feels flimsy and plasticy. A little metal wouldn't have gone amiss.

- Frequent crashes, several bugs, A2DP Bluetooth often cuts out when listening to music wirelessly, can't maintain a data connection and a phone call at the same time, camera is slow, GPS is terrible, battery life is appalling.

- short battery life, having to buy a licence to use the GPS although not expensive, I dont think you should have to pay extra for this service,on top of the monthly charges

+ the phone is fully customisable and come with a wide arrange of software

- the battrie could be better and it take a while to get used to texting with the buttons being verry small

+ The look feel and design is great and like all Nokia's it's very easy to use.

- Battery Life. However, I have noticed that there is a significant difference between the mains charger supplied and other Nokia charges with the same size connecter. Battery Life is greatly enhanced by only useing the mains charger supplied.

+ it is a good looking compact phone with lots of features. The camera is excellent and it is easy to use, although the navigation can be a bit tricky to find other features.

- As above the navigation a bit tricky at times, the bluetooth connection is a bit tempremental and the case that i was recommended although does the job, not perfect so could have come with a case like a lot of other manufacturers do, especially as perfect for the gym etc for music. The case i was sold not ideal for at the gym or whilst running.

+ it is a great device for doing everything and is easy to use.

- battery life..but just slip an extra one in your pocket and handbag...definitely not a reason for not buying it.

+ The phone looks great and is very easy to use.

- Both myself and my partner have the same phone and we have both experienced problems with the screen locking and not being able to use the phone without removing the battery first. Also occassionally when we close the slide part on the phone there is a thick white line across the screens. Occassionally during telephone conversations the person we are speaking to sounds as though their voice is vibrating and they are very hard to hear but this does not happen all of the time just now and then.

- too complex, locks up, battery life, mant features do NOT work very well overall the way i would describe this product : all mouth no go VERY VERY Disapointing I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMEND IT TO ANYONE UNLESS I REALLY DISLIKED THEM......WISH I HAD NEVER GOT IT CANT WAIT FOR MY UPGRADE!!!!

+ the phone is really good. it has excellent features. i love most things about it. the camera is of exceptional quality. mp3 player good. and all other features really good even though i dont seem to use all that it can offer me...

- battery life is very bad. i have 2 charge my phone every two days and even bring my charger with me to work. sometimes my phone restarts itself or freezes for a couple of secs but it is nothing major.

+ Genuinely multi-function: High qual. digital still/video. Easy interweb thingey. Radio. MP3. And GPS/SatNav... you can probably use it as a phone too.

- Eats battery - especially if you 'use' the functions. Flimsey sliding cover disappoints

+ good camera and video quality. easy to use. web browsing is super useful when out and about. looks pretty good too considering it's practically a computer with ringtones!

- Battery life can suddenly drop to zero. Memory card is extra!

- GPS is very hard to get going , my subscription to the 3 year navigation was "forgot" , support not up to scratch yet.

- I regret choosing this handset as it sometimes switches itself off, once when I was in the process of sending a text. It is cumbersome getting around the options, other mobile phones have been much easier to navigate through, and the battery needs charging every other day.

+ This phone is the best purchase I have ever made, the camera is amazing, much better than other 5MP cameras on the market and the sound quality is better than my ipod.
BATTERY LIFE IS GREAT!!!!!! Yes thats right the bettery life is the same as any other phone on the market, the reason why some people say it is bad is because they don't have the new software update that configures the phone to use less power, once i had installed it I noticed a massive difference. I can get upto 3-4 days out of it.

- The slider becomes loose if your left handed like me.

+ the music, sound, camera are the best around.

- battery life is short, and the phone is a little bit big.

+ the amount of third party apps that can be added to this is emense there is no limit to what you n95 can do

- Did have a few software glitches at the start but i think if you want the most up to date device as soon as its out then thats always gonna happen dont let that put you off get get today

+ Having not had a Nokia for years it was easy to find my way about without having to endlessly refer to the manual. Easy to use sync software and great web-browsing. Camera is awesome for a phone!

+ The N95 is the best piece of hardware released from Nokia to date IMHO, hard to find fault with it, design is modern, robust, stylish, light weight for the type of phone, true multimedia function, feel's solid and up to the job, operating system next best thing to windows mobile and sound quality is excellent.

- Not many that I can find but I would like to see a version with Windows mobile as its operating system, keypad could be a little bigger.

+ After reading other reviews I was concerned about the Sat Nav functionality, I was therefore surprised how good it was. It may take slightly longer to get a GPS lock (circa 30 seconds on average) but is still very usable as a get me from A to B device! General functionality has been quite intuitive and I would recommend this phone to anyone who likes their gadgets!

- In call sound quality is perhaps slightly below par but not enough to be an issue. Battery life is shorter than some other handsets but given you could have bluetooth, wifi and GPS all running perhaps not too surprising!

+ The Nokia N95 looks good, is easy to use, has a fantastic camera that take great photo''s. The sound is great if using as a mp3 player. The phone is fantastic!

- Keeps switching off when in the process of sending a text or when closing the phone...not ideal when your alarm is set on the phone to wake you for work the next morning and fails to do so!! Overall disappointed in the phone and wish I had waited for something better!

+ All round the phone is very good and does what you ask it to do.

- The battery life is really bad. I thought it was the phone at first but having had it checked out was told it was normal for the life of the battery to be between a day and two days. Not impressed at all.
