This phone was bought for our 87 year old mother who is currently in hospital with a stroke. She has never owned a mobile phone before, and found this very easy to use, and LOVES IT. I am sure if it was in the hands of a younger person they might find faults, but for what my mother needs it is PERFECT. She can hear it easily when someone rings her as well and finds it easy to navigate.

The price and as I didn't pay a lot, I wasn't expecting a lot. It is ideal for my needs which are just to receive messaes and to send. To use in emergencies when travelling and for home calls when on holiday. Did not want a super model which does everything.
-
The only bad point is that the ringing tone does not seem loud enough. I missed several calls to begin with but have now chosen a ring tone which hopefully I can distinguish from other tones heard whilst out and about.

This phone is excellent if you're looking for a simple phone (and not something that has all the extra features like cameras etc). The navigation and features themselves are brilliant - it has a great alarm system (with only one draw back). The battery lasts for ages and the ariel seems to be stronger than on other phones; a different phone with the same network gets a bad signal in this area quite a lot of the time. The battery lasts for a decent amount of time and the polyphonic ringtones and composer are brilliant
-
The screen is a bit on the small side and although the repeat alarm is really useful, you can only set one at a time.

Display of battery life not too good unlike my old nokia. Does not bleep when running down - unless I have not set it right. That is another thing, the instructions are a bit limited, and with a techno phobe like me, a bit frightening to find the way around it. But have done!
