+ Colour screen, decent size keypad buttons. Sound quality reasonable.

- Software navigation is appalling, having to go through many menus and keypresses just to make a phone call from the Phonebook.

+ as i have always had a nokia i find them rhe easiest, and best to work. i would not use any other phone, i prefer to stay with nokia.

- keypad is a bit rubbery and requires firm press, screen size is a bit small for texting, so I wouldn't recommend to those with impaired sight or for a younger child.

+ This phone is excellent if you're looking for a simple phone (and not something that has all the extra features like cameras etc). The navigation and features themselves are brilliant - it has a great alarm system (with only one draw back). The battery lasts for ages and the ariel seems to be stronger than on other phones; a different phone with the same network gets a bad signal in this area quite a lot of the time. The battery lasts for a decent amount of time and the polyphonic ringtones and composer are brilliant

- The screen is a bit on the small side and although the repeat alarm is really useful, you can only set one at a time.

+ cheap basic phone that does what it says on the tin - good second phone for areas where don't get reception on main phone as a back up.

- Maybe too soon to judge, but battery needed charging before I'd like, considering the little use made. And I hate all the fiddly little buttons, which applies to all such devices, not just this one.

- It's difficult to determine which of the contacts displayed is highlighted (ie the one you are about to call). This is also the case with my Wife's Nokia, but despite this it is a very good basic phone for the money.

+ Its great if you want a basic phone, for calls and texts. I got one for my mum and she had no problem using it.She really liked the torch feature.

- The ring tones could be a bit louder and have the basic landline tone included,as some elderly are a bit hard of hearing.
