+ its small compact and doesnt weigh much

- not enough shortcut keys considering it has internet and bookmarks are a pain to get to

+ The organiser, web browsing, able to download applications, sound is good too. The size is slim and sleek which makes 'beauty and brains'.

- The camera quality is not so good.

+ Excellent, it does the two things I want very well: it makes/receives calls (old fashioned, but there you go), and is great for lengthy texts

- Camera could be higher spec, maybe. But I am struggling to find criticism

+ The phone is fantastic! I bought it for my business and it keeps me in touch with clients on the move, both via text/email and on calls. I also love being able to make an appointment and putting it straight into my calendar and getting reminders from my calendar. It's lovely and small and compact but has loads of features.

- If the phone is in my pocket the keypad unlocks itself quite easily.

- The battery life is not so good, but then again I always using my phone for the Internet and to listen to music online so that uses alot of energy.

+ Does everything effectively and with a minimum of fussing about.
Very easy to set up email accounts including outlook.

- Some of the navigation is a bit fiddly - although this is more a function of the amount of stuff it can do.
Could handle prioritising connection to network for web browsing/net calls and email retrieval better. e.g if roaming have to keep going into set up to select connection point for MS exchange sync.

+ IT IS A VERY STYLISH PHONE WITH LOTS OF FEATURES AND A VERY GOOD BATTERY LIFE

- I'M NOT THAT UP ON PHONES SO HAVE FOUND DOING SOME OF THE MOST BASIC OF THINGS CONFUSING BUT TO BE FAIR THAT ISN'T SAYING ANYTHING BAD ABOUT THE PHONE JUST THAT I'M GETTING TOO OLD TO KEEP LEARNING NEW THINGS.

+ I have found the phone to be very easy to use and it has opened up a lot of things that i did not have on the prvious phones

- it sometimes does things that i cant seem to reverse back, perhaps need to do a bit more reading

+ SMALL, COMPACT, LATEST TECHNOLOGY, EASY TO USE, GOOD BATTERY LIFE, E-MAIL, AND QUERTY KEYBOARD IS A MUST

- NONE THAT i CAN THINK OFF, PERHAPS HAVING THE KEYS A LITTLE BIT BIGGER OR BOLDER WRITTING ON THEM

+ I also have an E90, but the E71 beats it hands down with its stylish and compact design without compromising the features and functions. I am very pleased with this purchase, plus it works seamlessly with the bluetooth in my car which had previously been a headache

+ I just love love love this phone. All functionality great, nokia software fab, battery life good.....keypad much easier to get used to than I had expected.

+ after you get used to it (and if you're a major computer goer!) it's so much easier and quicker to text using the qwerty keypad. the quality of the camera is also brilliant.

- the qwerty keypad takes quite a bit of getting used to as the keys are really small.

Has loads of features, too many to ever be able to use really!!
Qwerty keyboard is very easy to use - it only took me a day to get used to it
Quick keys are handy for things like text messages and accessing contacts

- Too many gadgets on the phone to learn how to use!
To access things like alarms you have to go through many menus - could do with being cut down a bit
Ear piece in top left is a bit annoying as you cant hear properly is your taking a phone call with your left hand

+ E71 looks good.

- Keypad is different from a computer keyboard, therefore wrong buttons will be pressed.

- Cannot read the text messages as the writing is very small.

+ Looks nice, good price, GPS, excellent battery, some nice features.

- Camera is weak, The Wi-Fi compatability with secured wireless networks is absolutely shocking! This was the major selling feature of the phone (to which there seems to be no solution). For this reason alone i regret my purchase of this phone. Buttons very small and sometimes clicky.

+ Love the phone , looks very stylish and has lots of applications. Also I like the QWERTY keyboard on the phone as text a lot. Also very easy and straight forward to use.

- Not many really, keys could have been a bit bigger but it is not a major problem as you get use to it after a while. Thats it.

+ Well built phone, easy to use and sat nav is fantastic, quicker that some TomToms I've used in the past at locating Satalite signals.

+ Although I haven't had the phone for long (3 weeks), so far I'm very impressed.
Before this phone I would only have Sony Ericsson. I never used to like Nokia phones however, so far, this is a great phone.
The Web browsing is great. The features I've explored to date are very useful and don't take too long to pick up.
Overall... A great phone and I'm extremely satisfied with it so far.

- The only bad point so far seems to be the battery life.
This may not be a fair critisism to date though because my life's been hectic since I bought the phone so it may just be me and how often I've been charging.
Although I've written this in the bad points section.... I'd recommend you read other reviews because, as I keep saying... It is one of the best phones I've had.

+ Excellent features, easy to set up email. All round excellent phone, I would recommend to anyone to purchase this phone.

- Camera phone resolution is the only slight worry over this phone. Images can be blurry, however, it is no big concern. If I want pictures taking I don't use my mobile camera phone ever.

+ I like the size though, it's just right, small enough and compact to have everything on it that you need, but large enough to be able to use all of it's features...

- Battery life is a little under rated, especially if you are doing allot of browsing and or emailing...

- Even though I have pretty small hands the keypad takes some getting used to and still causes a few issues.

- u really need to get use to the phone took me ages to sort the navigation out as when i called my network provider they could not help me with much.

- Keyboard takes some getting used to. Have to remind yourself that it is a qwerty keyboard when typing out a text.

+ First impressions are that it looks and feels like a quality product. Using it confirms these impressions. Camera quality is surprisingly good and consistent. Screen quality is also good. Keyboard is easier to use than it initially looks due to the raised keys. The best looking phone on the market at the moment.

+ I like the keyboard, the email facility, the internet access, the predictive features, the search feature and the address book.

- The screen pointer can move a little slowly and is sometimes a little difficult to manoeuvre to its target.

+ i like this phone so much, its design is outclass specially its wide screen, sounds and keypad.

- m nt happy with the battery life...maybe m using so much or listening music everytime.

+ Excellent for keeping me organised. So easy to sync with my outlook calender and contacts. Also really good for music and camera too

- Fingerprints!!! Terrible for fingerprints. Also the battery life is not comparable to a "normal" mobile, though once you get your head around the fact that this is more mobile pc than a mobile phone you dont notice.

+ Easy to use (even for a technophobe like me) and looks good! QWERTY keyboard makes texting and sending emails quick and easy.

- Some parts don't work like you would expect, for example in order to access my google mail emails I have to go into the web browser and open up the web page rather than being able to use the emails shortcut on the menu screen. Also there is something wierd going on with my ringtones, when I play them from the menu they are fine but when someone rings me my phone sounds like its had too much to drink and sound fades in and out......
