- My previous NEFF oven had a handle that could be attached to the grill tray to lift it out, but this one doesn't so I have to use oven gloves every time - not so convenient!!

+ The good points are thats it is easy to usE, cooks well, particulary large fruit cakes, bertter the cooker I had before

- WHAT i AM EXTREMELY DISPPOINTED WITH, IS THE CLEANING - NO SELF CLEANING, WITH LOTS OF COOKING UP TO CHRISTMAS IT HAS GOT FAIRLY BAD, THE BOTTOM AND SIDES ARE NOT SELF CLEANING LIKE THE COOKER I HAD BEFORE, I TRIED ITS OWN SETTING FOR CLEANING AND FOUND THAT TO BE USELESS. I AM ABOUT TO START SPRAYING THE FAIRY PRODUCT TO CLEAN POTS AND PANS, WHAT IT WILL DO TO THE COOKER I AM NOT SURE, WHAT I CAN'T DO WITH IS A DIRTY COOKER.UNLESS YOU HAVE SOME BRIGHT IDEAS.

+ I can use the grill in the top oven and still cook a roast, if I need to, in the bottom oven. I also find the cooker is wide enough to take a large and a small cooking dish on each shelf.

- I haven't as yet found any.

+ Good sleek lines, especially the knobs which push in when the oven is not in use. Oven is easy to use (don't even need to read the manual to get started!!), easy to clean.

- Main oven doesn't quite seem so high as others I have used, it would be good to have three oven shelves instead of two. I hadn't realised that limitation when selecting, otherwise if I had looked at it in a store rather than just online, may have chosen something else!!

+ It looks good in the kitchen. All the racks fit both ovens as does the meat tray/grill. The top oven is larger than many other makes. The light and glass doors make it easy to see whats cooking.

- No handle to the grill tray so difficult to get it out especially when hot.
The stainless steel finish does mark with finger prints.
Can't comment on the cleaning of the oven as I haven't had it long enought

+ Looks good, clean lines timer and dials easy to use.
Only had the item a very short time so not had time to cook a wide variety of food, but everything I have cooked so far has come out perfectly. Roasts, toast, sausages. Nothing been burnt and dried up yet!
We are very pleased with it.

- The shelves in the main oven are quite close together and cooking a large meal with a variety of elements could cause a problem

+ Smart, fits in well with most kitchen designs, useful to have smaller top oven so using less energy.

- Stainless steel front gets a bit "smeary". We havent' yet mastered the controls for the grill - either full blast, or not very hot at all.

+ Absolutely fantastic, extremely versitile and very easy to use. As I bkae cakes professionally I needed an oven with even andconsitent heat and the Neff gives me this as well as heating up very quickly and yet cooling down equally as fast. I would recommend this model to anyone in search of a good, efficient and easy to use oven.

+ Ease of use, desigh and finish

- We have had the engineer out 3 times with noise issues. A fan was replaced and some screws tightened and some washers were added. It still makes a noise and an engineer has be called for a fourth time at much inconvenience to us.

+ Looks very sleek and works quietly ( fan Oven ). The interior light is very bright and allows you to see everything you are cooking. All switches easy to use and can be pushed out of sight when not in use.

+ Solid, simple design. The glass door is really well insulated and cool to the touch which is a great safety feature. Oven quickly reaches temperature.

- Instruction manual not brilliant and no grill pan handles included which makes using the grill a bit dangerous.

- The circotherm means you should be cooking at a lesser heat therefore saving energy and money. I haven't found this to be the case though so i cook using the same temperatures as I always have.

+ Main oven reaches temperature very quickly. Food appears more evenly cooked. Unit looks good.

- Control for grill is the same one for the top oven, so you are setting a grill heating level as a temperature. Not so easy to set as, say, 1 to 6 on a dial.

+ Ultra quiet and very quick and getting up to temperature.

- The clock is high up so when you are close up to thr oven you need t bend over to see the display

+ Easy to clean, removing fingerprints from the external stainless steel is easier than previous models, looks good.

- External stainless steel does mark easily (although it is pretty easy to clean off), even when just opening the door and steam is released can leave a mark.

+ In a fitted kitchen product integrates with all other appliances. It feels and sounds solid when opening and closing the oven doors . The clock and timer settings are very user friendly.

- Still that very difficult ridge in the doors setting that is so crumb friendly and so difficult to clean. Please provide a little cleaning brush to get into all the little nooks and crannys

+ Efficient, really easy to clean and reliable. A top quality oven, does what is says on the packet kinda thing and couldn't believe how easy it is to clean. Love that the doors come off so easily and that I have two ovens to choose from. Already recommended it to a friend and they are on the hunt for one!

+ Did not realise how good the cooking system was IT'S AMAZING.Probley don't need a double oven it grills at top and cooks at the bottom of the same oven
