Score 10.0/10+ It's a sleek, smart looking cooker - cooks beautifully, heats up quickly, stays lovely and clean and has those really nifty telescopic rails you can pull the wire trays out on and your Sunday roast doesn't end up on the floor and in the dog. It's a cinch to use and I'm so glad I didn't settle for a cheaper make.

Joyce, Maidstone , “Female 61 likes cooking”
Score 9.0/10+ Fish moist, meat moist and tender. Oven stays clean easily. Quiet while running. Lighting is brilliant! (In both senses). Does not fill the whole kitchen with heat and smells of splashing fat when I cook a roast, like my old oven used to. Running at a cooler temperature must be saving on electricity as well as not burning on splashes. Automatic cleaning works well.
- I have three Neff books - the instructions and recipe books which came with the oven and a Neff recipe book which I ordered separately. I am constantly jumping between the three and no single one gives the whole story. eg scones. the book with the oven says cook at 200C but does not say whether this is circlotherm or what. The general instruction says 200C in an ordinary oven is 170C in cirlotherm. I tried them at the lower figure in circlotherm and they took ages! Wrong guess. The £7.99 book gives very detailed instructions - but mainly very fancy recipes. I am finding trial and error or trusting my instincts to adapt my own recipes work better than what the books say.

Janet, Lytham St Annes , “I love good food ”
Score 10.0/10+ The oven is brilliant! I spent a long time looking at the specifications of the whole range, wondering if it was worth paying for the most expensive. I am not disappointed! I now look upon it as an investment and if you like cooking it is well worth the extra money.

Score 8.0/10+ great design and good cleaning facilities
- it was exceptionally expensive

Anonymous verified purchaser , “Older, very experienced cook”
Score 10.0/10+ Cooks brilliantly, it is very versatile, it is easy to understand the controls, which are intuitive, and it fitted into a standard housing unit.
- The installation wiring was not clear with colour codes not to latest standards. The recipe book supplied did not indicate many oven settings, so I have bought an additional Neff Cookery Book.

Nora, Derry , “Busy housewife and mother.”
Score 10.0/10+ I like the circotherm options on both top and main oven and also the grill options on both ovens. The rapid circotherm warm up is useful. This model gives me the flexibility to cook economically for either one or two people, or for a large number. The automatic switch on/off , enables meals to be cooked to perfection even though I am not in the house. I particularly like the halogen lighting in the main oven. Both ovens are very versatile, with a large number of cooking options.
- I am not sure that I like the door handles. There is a steam cooking function indicated on both ovens but I think that an additional part is required to use this. The information supplied with the oven was not too clear about this.

Score 9.0/10+ Easy to use, beautiful design, very efficient. Having both ovens with fan capability is a real bonus. Overall, I'm really pleased, notwithstanding my minor reservations on the bad points side.
- Could do with more flexibility with shelf placings. Stainless steel surface tarnishes easily and is hard to keep clean.

Score 9.0/10+ Smart appearance, clever handles, well insulated for excellent performance and economy & easy to use.
- Too much space form base of main oven to first shelf. Really struggled to think of bad points!

Ovens and Cookers Buying GuideManufacturer's Description
A powerful fan draws air from the interior of the oven. It then heats up the air and forces it right back into the oven cavity through strategically placed shaped ducts in the rear wall.
