- Grill tray is a bit too big when wanting to grill 1-2 items; otherwise fine.

- Took some time getting used to the grill, I am used to a model where the top oven door stays open when using the grill. Could do with a shelf in the grill so you do not have to rest dishes that need browning on the grill pan, as I do not always clean it after every use!

+ Nice slick look, easy to use (even got a way of delaying the oven coming on, so you can stick a chicken in the oven at 9am, but the oven won't switch on and cook it until 4pm).

- The heat of the oven doesn't seem to be completely level - the front of the oven is hotter than the back and the grill takes a little long to heat up...

- Grill is not as effective as our previous Creda Grill

+ The oven looks good, and is easy to keep clean. Although never had electric before, i am finding it easy to get used to.

+ A very good cooker, We always buy Neff products providing the price is right.
We inherited our previous Neff cooker when we bought our house 18 years ago, and it has now been given to a friend.

- Only had the new Neff cooker for less than a month, and so far it has been O.K.

+ Tthere are models with more gagets than this one but after having one of the top range and using only a couple of them this one has enough for most people. The internal of the glass door is now full length so it should be easier to clean. Finish is great.

- The top oven door doesn't come off, therefore its a bit difficult to clean that part, although having said that, it doesn't seem to get very dirty.
The timer buttons prone to spring out quite easily and have to scrable around making sure you collect all the bits.

- The shelf position in the top oven/grill is for grill positions it would be more useful to have the shelves lower to be able to get a casserole dish in.

+ The oven is very simple to use once you get used to it. It is so easy to keep clean and it is a generous internal size. We have been experimenting with new recipes and are delighted with the oven's performance. Wish we had bought a Neff years ago!

- As with all Stainless Steel products in the home, it is a constant job keeping it clean and fingerprint free - but worth it.
