- Finger marks are anoying on the silver. on a Saftely point to start with the top over you have to be aware that the door is hot and if your a bit short you may burn your arm, wrist on the door when you open it.

- Shelves are flimsy. Mine has bent under the weight of a Le Creuset casserole.
Shelves have too many cross pieces making them difficult to clean.
Grill is slow.

+ Style, accesseries, ease of use, self cleaning even setting up and setting the clock wa so straight forward nothing is complicated this product is simplicity in itself. Whoever is on cooking duty cannot go wrong, a straightforward design. Before I forget I recently cooked a roast lamb for the first time in this cooker I would swear that by following the makers guide the was succulent and moist, a dream come true.

Well constructed

- Minor issue -- Digital clock could be slightly larger. Minor difficulty with reading oven temperature settings

+ staight forward and easy to use a good quality product

- top oven is not good for grilling toast it takes to long to heat up.

+ Good oven. I am very pleased with it. Lots of space and cooks evenly.

- There is no handle for the grill in the main oven

+ Best cooker I have ever used and so easy to clean because ot the sealed doors, no need to remove any glass to clean.

+ The Circotherm oven is very fast at heating up and is excellent for cooking foods such as sausages as they do not dry out (which they can tend to do if you're grilling them).

- There was no handle supplied to take out the trays which I think is essential and should have been included.

+ Looks quite nice. (Didn't actually buy it for its looks!)

- Impossible to grill properly - the grill goes on and off with thermostst so you can't get crispy bacon. Top oven element extremely exposed - my wife has burn herself twice getting things in and out of the top oven.
Main oven - extremely difficult to cook eg beef joint.
Overall extremely limited as to what can be cooked in this appliance.

- not very easy to clean the grill and have to keep the door closed when using grill so when you open it there's a lot of steam comes out

+ The oven is very well made and feels solid - no rattles when opening doors unlike other models. Cooks evenly, easy to use. We had an earlier model in our previous house and had no hesitation in purchasing another Neff.

- Grill possibly a little slow heating up but this is nitpicking.

+ Nice design - looks great with white units.
Cooks very well - even heat distribution. Heats up quickly.
Very versatile - can use up to three shelves in the bottom oven, top oven has various settings.

- Grill pan is big and heavy - difficult to manoevre - a minor niggle, and alternatives can be purchased from Neff.

+ I was amazed when I first used the oven that it really is more effecient than other ovens. I cooked a cassorole but found that it was cooked well ahead of time. I realised that the oven circulation system really is excellent and in future I lowered my cooking temperatures by about 15-20 degrees and obtained excellent results.

- This oven cooking system is not explained very well in the accompanying booklet neither are the controls detailed well although they are so simple it is easy to understand

+ Its performances is fantastic, no need to pre heat as is is super fast at it! I also find it cooks so swiftly thererfore cuts cooking time down around 10/15 mins and it looks good, what more could you ask? defo recommend it 5 star!!

- None found as yet - doubt if i will find any now either I have had it 3 months ....and yes I love cooking and use it every day!

- only downside so far are - could do with a handle for the grill pan as I have burnt fingers on many occasions! I have the stainless steel model which marks very easily and shows every fingerprint - very difficult to maintain 'new shiny'appeance. Oven temperatures seem to take some time to reach programmed temp - maybe because I have had a gas appliance before.

- dificult and disapointing to use. Food either under or overcooked. Big oven seems unable to fit more than one dish at a time. I previously had a ouble circotherm oven that cooked anything perfectly. this oven is a pale and weak imitation. I absolutely do not recommend it for anyone as it is obscenely overpriced for the bad job it does..

- NO GRILL HANDLE

+ HEATS UP VERY QUICKLY THE GRILL IS GREAT (NO HANDLE AND VERY QUICK) COOKS FOOD WITHOUT DRYING IT OUT. ORIGINALLY BOUGHT FOR THE DESIGN (I WANTED A BLACK OVEN TO GO IN A NEW KITCHEN) BUT THE WAY IT COOKS FOOD IS VERY GOOD AND DIFFERENT TO ANY OVEN I'VE USED BEFORE

- Using tea towel to remove item from eyr level grille...towel touched element and immediately started to smolder and a few minutes later burst into flames...nearly lost newli fitted kitchen and Neff oven!!!

+ Very easy to use and main oven heats up very quickly. Both ovens are well lit and easy to see into. Very quiet when fan is running.
Main Oven very easy to keep clean. As the controls are push in this control panel is also easy to wipe down.
Delighted with overall performance

- Top oven floor marks easily and if anything spills onto it you have to clean it off immediately as it has heating elements top and bottom it burns onto surface and is difficult to clean off.
Racks seem a bit flimsy

+ It looks good. It's a Neff afterall!!

- Having purchased the silver/metal effect, we have noticed that finger marks show on the metal quite easily and can be ackward to remove.

+ This oven is spacious and easy to use and easy to keep clean. It offers many easy to understand settingto cook a variety of foods. It cooks evenly and efficiently. I love it!

- The only slight drawback I have found is the fixed shelf positions in the main oven. I have found them to be a bit limiting when trying to cook 2 or 3 different items at the smae time.

+ Clean design with sealed glass panels in the doors, which keeps them fat free, so easier to keep clean.

- Grill pan quite large and difficult to handle, with meat joint on it, can unbalance. Shelf rails can be difficult to pull off.

+ I thought it might be a problem having to keep the door to the grill closed whilst grilling, but as the light is on all the time it is grilling it isn't a problem at all, its just a matter of getting used to what heat to use. The fan to the oven is very quiet, hardly noticeable. Nice looking oven.

+ It does everything that I need, I like the way the control buttons pop out of the way,
both the grill and the oven light up the whole time you are cooking,
so no need to keep opening the door!! Great!

- Needs a lot of polishing (because I chose stainless steel)

- The screws on the cover for the electricity supply cable were neither slot or cross head, and were very fiddly to remove. This added about 10 minutes to the installation process.

Oven rack runners could be a bit more robust, my old Tricity Bendix (cheap oven) were better!

+ i have found that this product does exactly what it says on the tin! easy to use and it looks fantastic in any modern kitchen. even though i have read reviews about it being difficult to keep the stainless steel finish clean i have not found any such difficulty myself. christmas dinner was a breeze! a class product.

- the only slight gripe i have about it is that the aquacleanse feature doesnt seem to be all that good. but that said, it never promised to get the inside spotless,it is just meant to be a cleaning aid

I'm pleased that I could replace my old Neff oven with one of the same size and colour - thus avoiding the need to have the kitchen rebuilt!

- It would be useful to have a mix of shelf sizes - mine came with shelves all of the same depth. I don't know if other Neff ovens come with varying sizes of shelf but my old Neff oven did.

+ Have only had the oven for a month but I am pleased with the look, the ease of use and the way it cooks. I make quite a lot of cakes and they have all risen perfectly.I chise the black oven and so far it is easy to keep clean out and in. Very plased with my choice, wish I had changed to a Neff years ago!
