+ very easy to use. Oven heats up very quickly so requires very little if any pre-heating. Telescopic rails are a great feature. Roasting meat is easy and with superb results

- Grill pan does not come with handle as standard. This makes grilling and toasting difficult at times. Buy one!!

+ A multi (12) programme oven with Circotherm - but minimal (5) control knobs would make you think that using it would be a complicated thing, but its not. Electronic timer functions (auto stop/stat, minute minder and time setting/adjustment take two knobs, a Rapid heat (for fast startup) takes another leaving just two for all othet functions. It has circothetm & circotherm intensive, top heat only, bottom heat only, top & bottom heat, twin or single grill, bread baking, bread proving, defrost, cleaning, light on all on two controls, but still simple to use. I had Circotherm fiste about 27 years ago when I bought my first "proper" oven. It was great then, and must have been good 'cos its still going strong. The best points of this oven is the telescopic shelf which pulls out like a drawer, making taking out heavy Casserole dishes easy, and the control that showes you the actual oven temperature (digitally) rather than just having to rely on the setting on the control knob. Haven't used all the programs yet, but am looking forward to a circotherm roast chicken this weekend which should taste just like a rotisseried one (so I'm told).

- None so far

+ Very quick to heat up. Variety of functions so cooks each item well. Like the dough proving function.

- Haven't tried all functions yet. Had to buy extra telescopic shelves as used to them on my old oven. Managed to chip enamel floor when putting telescopic shelves in.

+ Nicely engineered. Seems to cook well.

- No handle to grill pan. Text display ("Circotherm", "top and Bopttom heat" etc) a little small and low down.

Manufacturer's Description

A powerful fan draws air from the interior of the oven. It then heats up the air and forces it right back into the oven cavity through strategically placed shaped ducts in the rear wall.
