+ Easy to clean

+ Very sleek and stylish design and easy to use - even the clock is easy to set I also bought a Neff gas hob as well and they match perfectly.

- (1) The separate chromed fittings into which the wire shelves fit. Could the internal oven sides not be grooved to accept the wire trays thereby saving the need to remove the supports for cleaning etc
(2) Not really a 'bad' point but as I turn the hob and oven off at the wall when not in use (energy efficiency) it means that I need to re-set the clock each time and before the oven will work. This is maybe more to do with the need for a glow light in the cooker wall socket.

+ Heats up quickly. Seems to be easy to clean. Single sheet interior to door - easy clean, doesn't collect bits.

- You can't use the top shelf when using the oven + grill setting, because it is too close to the grill and tends to burn.

+ Smart design, well built, easy to use controls and timer, spacious interior.

- Shelving supports not flexible enough, limiting how well you can actually use the oven space. Neff suggest you don;t use the second from bottom shelving position if using the fan oven which can be a pain. Also, there are not enough grill rack positions.

+ Once you get to grips with the controls, as they are not straight forward as other cookers, the oven cooks very well indeed . Grill is large, so you can grill a large amount of items at the same time. .Cleaning is easy. and Oven looks good.

- Although there are four racks they are very close together, so find you are only using two and at a push three at a time. so not very good for a big family.
Grilling tray does not come with a handle?.

+ It's stylish, no knobs sticking out, very easy to use very little warming up so uses less energy. I baked a cake and it was the best I have ever baked which I am sure is down to the oven. I am very happy with this oven and would buy future Neff products.

+ Excellent for cooking particulary the grill , it grills the food perfectly, without the messy splashing of fat you would find on a conventional grill.

+ Excellent modern design. The new one replaced a older Neff which had given us good service for many years.

- The set positions of the trays are somewhat more restrictive than the older oven in terms of the potential for 'layering' food within the oven.

+ The circulair sysatem is great and cooks the food so evenly. The grill is wonderfully versatile and the oven seems to keepitself very clean. Visibility is brilliant with a good internal light so that you can keep an eye on what's cooking.

- I haven't found any.

+ Retractable controls. Easy to clean. Easy to operate and very efficient compared with my old model.

- No handle for grill tray. The tray is quite heavy and would be a strain on the wrist to lift with a handle ,perhaps this is the reason why a handle is not supplied.

+ Easy to install. Looks good and easy to understand the programs. Bakes a very nice cake with no overcooked side.

+ The good point is the buttons which when the cooker is not in use can be pushed in to keep my children away from turning the oven on. The design is excellent and it cooks food better than my old oven. I would recommend this to anyone with young children as it is a great purchase.

+ It is easy to use, and it does what it says on the box, it is a bit expensive compared to similar products, though the "Neff" quality does show, in the short time we have had it, nothing bad has showed up and we are very pleased with our purchase.

+ Cooks all foods thoroughly ,deep pan pizza crust's stay edible as they do not become hard like they use to with the old Bosch oven (was >15 years old).

- old Bosch oven door fully slid out with the trays ,you can't do that with this style of oven ,therefore have to be careful when removing cooked items.

+ The oven is far more efficient and quicker at cooking your food. The window in the door and the lighting really make a difference. You can see how your meal is doing without keeping on opening the door letting out precious heat. The grill is really alot better than our old one and is great if you are cooking small meals for your little one as there is a single and double grill. The rotisery setting is really good for roasting meat and doing roast veg too!

- Please make sure that you measure the depth of the gap you are putting this oven in. There is quite a big back panel that sticks out and we had a bit of a hard time getting it to fit in! It seems such a simple thing but it really will save you some hassle!
