Cooks brilliantly, easy to clean and use.

Looks good, easy to install, easy to clean, gives a good consistent heat, easy to see into oven. Ideal replacement for our previous oven. Door is nice and light so does not drop down hard like our old oven.

Food sticks to the metal shelf leaving brown spots which need to be removed with an oven scourer - but this is probably the case in most ovens.

Compared to my last cooker it cooks like jamie oliver. quick to heat up and food is cooked evenly all the way through

Large interior with lovely big grill pan that doubles up as an oven dish.

Took a long time to figure out how to set the timer.

OVEN Easy to keep clean. Accuracy of temperature setting and speed of reaching desired temperature, Ease of setting timers. HOB Also easy to keep clean. Excellent burner ignition system. Blends excellently with existing decor.

No cause for criticism has arisen yet. An accompanying cookery book would have been helpful.

I have good experience with neff products previous to purchasing my oven. I needed a new oven and specifically went for a neff one.

I was disappointed that I couldn't purchase a neff double oven. I find it frustrating sometimes that I cannot use the grill while using the oven.

the rubber rim around the face of the oven is only joined at the corners, hopefully it is not going to come off in the long run.

Easy ot use controls, heats up quickly, big window in the door gives a really good view of the oven contents

So simple to use and looks really good. The light in the oven is bright and the window is big enough to see the whole oven. Cooks evenly on each level, with some levels hotter than others which is good when cooking several items.

Very happy with unit , well built, cooking time is reduced due to neff's cooking system , I would call the system fan, but neff have another name for it ,don't ask me what it called '' circotherm '' ?, its in the instruction book , there's no need to pre-heat the oven you just start to cook ,it seems to work fine meals are cooked faster than other fan ovens we've had .

Only issue , and to be honest it really is nothing , '' when the unit is switched on at the mains it requires you to set the clock before you can start cooking , but if you push the clock button twice the clock is set at 12:00 and you can start cooking , so really only ' 1-2 seconds ' delay .

Smart appearance, liked the large window in the oven door. (As the oven is not a month old yet, I don't consider it appropriate to recomend or not recommend the oven to anyone just yet. How about in 12 months time?)

Function and temperature selector switches are made of light plastic which I fear would break easily if not used very carefully. Also, most items are cooked at and around the 200C mark, which is at the 'six o'clock' position. You need to bend down to set the switch in the range of 150C - 230C as the switch obscures these temperature graduations. How about moving the 200C to the '12 o'clock' position?
