+ Well made product, good design and looking. Functional, practicle and cooks brilliantly. You would not believe this but our food actually tastes better compared to our old oven!

- Main dial-type knobs siutable for eye level use but some information obscured when installed below worktop level.

+ Very happy with unit , well built, cooking time is reduced due to neff's cooking system , I would call the system fan, but neff have another name for it ,don't ask me what it called '' circotherm '' ?, its in the instruction book , there's no need to pre-heat the oven you just start to cook ,it seems to work fine meals are cooked faster than other fan ovens we've had .

- Only issue , and to be honest it really is nothing , '' when the unit is switched on at the mains it requires you to set the clock before you can start cooking , but if you push the clock button twice the clock is set at 12:00 and you can start cooking , so really only ' 1-2 seconds ' delay .

+ Large interior with lovely big grill pan that doubles up as an oven dish.

- Took a long time to figure out how to set the timer.

+ So simple to use and looks really good. The light in the oven is bright and the window is big enough to see the whole oven. Cooks evenly on each level, with some levels hotter than others which is good when cooking several items.

- the rubber rim around the face of the oven is only joined at the corners, hopefully it is not going to come off in the long run.

- No handle for the grill tray

+ Smart appearance, liked the large window in the oven door.
(As the oven is not a month old yet, I don't consider it appropriate to recomend or not recommend the oven to anyone just yet. How about in 12 months time?)

- Function and temperature selector switches are made of light plastic which I fear would break easily if not used very carefully. Also, most items are cooked at and around the 200C mark, which is at the 'six o'clock' position. You need to bend down to set the switch in the range of 150C - 230C as the switch obscures these temperature graduations. How about moving the 200C to the '12 o'clock' position?

+ Absolutely great - easy to use - two knobs and there you go ! Quick to warm up. Spot on.

- Have to be careful not to spray oven cleaner on the self clean parts of oven and if you do, don't try and wipe it off with a lint dishcloth!

+ It is clean, bright, spacious and has cooked most things quite well so far.

- The rush of hot air and steam hitting my face on opening the door is quite scary and caution needs to be exorcised.
Steam seems to build up without being visible to the eye. One has to let is out every now and then so that things that need dry roasting do just that.
